Mr Louima from All Star saved the day for my son's prom.We ordered a suit online and when it came it did not fit. With a week to go before prom I ended up at All Star to see how he could help me with a suit for my son. Mr Louima was very helpful and kind. We were able to get a complete suit, plus alterations done in time for prom. He even sent me the link to order the bow tie. I was very happy with the service and expertise I received.My son looked great for his prom. They are also very reasonable. I would definitely go back there for future needs.

My son was invited to a quinceñera at the last minute. It was a Friday and the party was the next day, Saturday. I had already checked a few other places and couldn't find anything without spending an arm and a leg. I was pleasantly surprised when the young lady that helped us assured me that they'd be able to not only have a tux ready for him, but top to bottom! My son, tall and lanky, was dressed to perfection! Jacket, shirt, vest, bow-tie, pocket square, pants, shoes and socks. All included for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends and family.

We went to All Star on a Wednesday with very little time for my son’s prom on Saturday, and after we had gone to a few other places that all said it was too late to rent a tuxedo. I was a bit hesitant when All Star said not to worry that they will have a tuxedo and shoes ready for him by Friday for pickup. I have to say that I was still a bit nervous that they wouldn’t be able to pull this one through with so little time and I would have to think of another alternative, but they sure came through. It was ready on Friday and my son looked very sharp on Prom Day. Thank you so much for making his day special. Everything was perfect just like you promised.

Very Expensive, Very unprofessional. All around terrible experience.
Not only did it take me 4 separate trips to this get a suit because...
One, it wasn't ready on time and then even though operating hours are 12-8p... You have to get lucky someone is there...
You can try to call but they don't always answer the phone... and the VM is always full...
So not only was the suit not ready when it was supposed to be... But after taxes It cost me just under $200 to rent a very basic suit for a day...
And I had to show up to an empty locked store and call & call to get someone to meet me out there to give the suit back.
As you can imagine I wanted to speak to someone because this didn't seem right at all. I'm not a confrontational person, I'm very reasonable and just wanted to speak to a manager.
But I get on the phone with someone briefly and their answer to me was pretty much "Well we have your money and suit, so nothing you can really do" and HANGS UP ON ME.
I could not feel more ripped off.
You got me good this time. But there will not be a second time.

After having a bad encounter with Men's Warehouse, we spoke to Natie over the phone & she told us to come in and that she would personally take care of us. We were met with a smile & a great vibe from a hard working woman who clearly takes pride in her business & customers. She was very attentive & patient with my overly picky son who was renting a tux for his prom. She made recommendations & spent extra time with us to ensure that he would be happy with the end result.

Your not going to get the level of service that she provided us, from Men's Warehouse for rentals. This is her specialty & she clearly goes above & beyond for her customers. I would highly recommend her business to anyone who wants great customer service and quality product at a fair price. We will definitely be back!

The worst place I ever went. Make my husband waste his time. We paid for a new tuxedo ,which it was supposed to be ready in 3 weeks. When we we to pick it up , the lady who is there all the time and made all the measurements.didn’t even recognized my husband from before that he made the whole payment in advance . A man came who seemed to be her husband and started taking measurements again on my husband, he said he will take care of it and bring the band new tuxedo next day. It was the weekend , we gave them time. My va husband went to piThe do was not new, it was all wore out, they brought it from the dry cleaners, the shirt was so yellow and nasty dirty.!! Thanks God we got va the money back, we were ready to call the police if they refused!! Please don’t go to this place. They are liars,nothing is new, what they show you is one thing and what they give you is old and disgusting!!!!
