My mom who lives close by came in to sell some broken gold bracelets. The gentleman name Warren who helped her was very patient, took his time and gave her a really good price. First time ever going into Reflections to try and sell something, however it won't be the last. Mr. Jerry with his bold personality is quite a memorable character. He's so funny and straight forward all in one. He has a tough exterior but it can't hide his huge heart. Even though he wasn't interested in my piece(item I wanted to sell), he went out of his way to try and get the best price for me with the connections he has from other potential buyers. THIS IS UNHEARD OF!!! Sweet and soft spoken Mr. Warren is such an awesome balance to the duo. He was very patient and knowledgeable. They both make a great team and made my experience as well as the whole process very easy. Great place!

Beware! These men are scheisters! They were also rude and condescending. I went to the storefront for a second opinion on a ring appraisal. The previous location offered me $2,100 for the ring, which I felt was very fair. These guys offered me only $500, then insisted that the ring wasn't even this correct size on the original appraisal, all the while insulting the appraiser in the process. When I told him that I was given a much greater offer. He then said well, maybe I could take it to auction get you more than $2100. This is on the heels of only offering me $500. Scam Artists!

They have a assay machine that let's them be confident in the value of your jewelry and pay you fairly. I felt treated fairly. If you want to buy or sell I'd say you'd walk away feeling that way too.
