I had Mr Sparkey do some work for me about 1.5 years ago. He gave me their name and address in case I needed to replace installed items. Well one fixture failed so I went there intending to pay for the replacement. They were outstanding, based on make and model of fixtures it was still under warranty. SUPER impressed with the integrity and customer service.

When I showed up the guy asked me if I needed something. Why else would I have shown up?
When I told him what I needed he looked perplexed said he didn't have that didn't carry it.
His recommendation was for me to go to home Depot or Lowe's or Ace hardware. Didn't recommend their store in Brooksville who had four of what I needed....., And that's where I am now. Great service here the guy in the Crystal River store is just a useless!!!
