My family and I have been to several Publix locations in Lakeland, but I have to recognize a certain employee that went over and beyond today, so thank you Victoria at the customer service area! I appreciate your amazing customer service skill, patience, and how thorough you were today, and definitely making my daughter feel special! With Publix being so busy, it's nice to know they have employees that actually care about their jobs and customers.

Publix is one of the best places to shop at. The people are very friendly and helping you find what you need or even to ask a question about something. They have everything imaginable to choose from, even a Sub shop to order a sandwich 🥪 from. They can make it anyway you want it, with all kinds of toppings. They even help you with taking out your groceries after check out.

Save yourself a headache and go to a different Publix location, even if it means driving across town. Time and time again this store proves they lack management. Specifically in the Hot Food Counter area, employees run around in such an unorganized manner. When other employees in department clearly need assistance, employees will ignore and do their own thing. 3 days in a row with similar results.
Tonight was a huge problem with an InstaCart order, causing first shopper to cancel and delaying delivery 2 hours, all which should have been prevented by fact that I called well in advance to confirm those items were there.
The last 2 days, while shopping myself in the store, I was told they did not have 2 separate items available. Come to find out, those items were available and employees clearly did not want to make them, which 1 of those items was onion rings by the way. The management in this department is poor. Due to disorganization and downright lazy tendencies, I will NOT be back to this location!
I absolutely love Publix and will continue shopping at other locations, NEVER again at Grove Park!

Publix is super clean and the food is fresh. I was a little disappointed that they ran out of broccoli cheese soup... the Publix kind and the Panera kind that is sold in containers. Otherwise, the employees are nice and it's easy to get around.

Everything is so easy to find. The buggies push easy. Store is clean. Food is fresh
