Please avoid this shop if you can. I called this bike shop and explained my issue in detail. There was a clicking noise coming from my pedals and i told them that i had visually noticed play in the chainring. Then I took the bike to the shop. For some reason the mechanic started working on rear derailleur instead of checking the bottom bracket even though the bike was shifting perfectly well. Then he went on to fix my derailleur hanger which was replaced only a few days ago. I reminded him that the noise seems to be coming from the pedals and not from any other part. After that he insisted that the problem has been fixed. I took the bike for a ride and problem was not fixed at all. On top of that the next day i discover that the brake alignment has changed and it’s now rubbing against the disc which was perfect before visiting the shop. It seems like this bike shop is very dishonest with its customers. I would suggest you to avoid this shop and find a better option.

It's genuinely an amazing inh establishment that really helped me out of a pickle. One time, I accidentally got the seat rod stuck inside the bicycle, and fortunately, they were able to get it unstuck. They gave me an Allen wrench for free to help me stabilize it. They did all of this completely free of charge!

Haven't bought a bike from them yet but knowing I was not buying that day they still took as much time as I needed. Went over all my concerns answered all my questions. The best bike shop around! Whether you're buying a bike or getting work done on a bike you own already these guys are the best. They're professional, knowledgeable, & nice. You guys did such a great job fixing the flat tire and so professional. I don't have a normal bicycle because it is a 3 Score etrike and the rims aren't normal rims so I couldn't do it myself so brought the tire to these guys and they fixed it with no problems
