I’m not sure what kind of operation these guys are trying to run but it’s garbage. From the website, you would think this is a pretty awesome place. I was chatting (since there’s no phone number) and was told they have lots of shirts to try on. Was told to come on out. I finally get a chance to make the hour drive from Tampa to Lakeland and find what you see in the picture. The guy at the “store” told me that the chat on their website is “someone else” and he doesn’t know who they are. I did attempt to chat again with whoever it is and after almost 2 hours, there’s still no response.

To be fair, the dude did bring out a couple of shirts for me but I wasn’t going to start ripping in to shirts still in the plastic.

I strongly urge anyone reading this to stay away from this site and “store” when looking for pilot gear. As much as it pains me, I would buy from Sporty’s before I spent a dime here.

I ordered over $440 for the Kingsfly kit. It was in order from August to October. Online system stated order was filled. After 4 emails I had no response. I had to write a threatening email to any response from them at all. Once they responded with a generic response without even looking up the order. After 2 more emails they determined that 2 items were on back order. I asked them to provide what they had and that my son could even go by and pick it up. This could have all been resolved with a simple phone call. They would not call me and there phone number on the website is not answered. They did finally return my money after 3 months of not delivering any product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go elsewhere!
