Updated to reply to owners response: I have attached pictures of said "rusted car". The pics show that the car was in good condition for it's age and a lot of work was put into the car. If they would have offered the car back to us, we absolutely would have taken it. There was no such communication on the car or about the sale. There was a garage full of tools, a collection of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe items, a hand gun and a bb gun, fishing rods and boxes of bait. The house was full of so much valuable stuff, if you know about collector's items.

We used Estate Sales of Central Florida to handle my father estate after his passing. We met with Russell and Shannon who told us that they would not sell my dad's el Camino for just any price, yet they sold the car for $2500 saying the car didn't start right up. Of course, it sat for 3 month while we waited for them to have the estate sale. They also locked us out of the house for those 3 months even though the contract says they would show things to potential home buyers. How can we find potential home buyers if we are locked out of the home? They spent less than a week preparing for the estate sale. After the estate sale, we walked away with only $2500 for the car and our dad entire contents including a pack garage full of tools, fishing equipment, several collector items and a gun. They "donated - stole" more in $ value than they sold based on their summary of the estate sale. To top that off, we have gotten letters from Florida Sun Pass that someone is driving around using my dad's license plate. There was no communication unless we contacted them. We have asked for documentation on the sale of the car, but have received nothing to prove the amount the car sold for. They stole our inheritance.

My Husband and I used Estate Sales of Central Florida after my father-in-law passed away and we were very pleased. Shannon and Russ are super great, very professional and honest and hard working. They advertise the sale better than you can for a typical yard sale and they have customers and businesses that follow them, so it's worth hiring them. I saved the website and look on it from time to time and go to some of the sales they have posted. If you are looking for a company that will do what they say they will do and do it right this is the company you want.

We hired this company to take care of our parent's home. Amazing! They had the sale and then arranged for any unsold items to be picked up and donated by a local church charity. The house was cleaned out within a few days after the sale. We did not have to do a thing which was a blessing during the trying time after our parents passing. The only thing that might have made it even better would have been a more detailed list of items that sold or didn't sell. All in all a very easy process, we could not have cleared out this home by ourselves.

I have been going to estate sales by this company for years. Shannon and Russ have always been great. One time, I forgot one of my purchases and they held on to it for months (they didn't know how to reach me) until I came to another one of their sales. Now that is the very definition of great customer service. They're the best!
