Went shopping there on Friday Jan 3rd and the girls in there were friendly, kind, helpful, and great!! We found jeans we were looking for and more we definitely found our new shopping store for clothing they have a lot of name brand items we picked go a pair of rock revivels for $25 brand new the most comfortable pants I own now!!! We went back Sunday the 5th and the girls were sitting around NOT doing anything, weren’t helpful, and only 1 was stocking clothes!!! I definitely will be back to shop more but the helpers need to do a better job of stocking and keeping the store full of new items

The employees were rude to my teenage daughter, not realizing that her parents were outside. I think they should focus on proper customer service and training. Don’t forget you’re selling used clothing while you’re sitting high on your thrown.

I went in with a limited edition Poppy
coach leather purse with some very minor spots will add photos and the teenager working the desk offered me 7 dollars this is an almost 300 dollar purse when I asked how much she would sell it for she said 30. If you walk around in that store almost every name Brand purse in there even the tiny ones are no less than 40 dollars , so I don't believe that! I don't know anywhere you can buy a coach purse for 7 dollars. I will not be shopping at this store ever again I think they are scamming people.

Great coffee and any flavorings you could want!! Scone and almond horn with my coffee and I recommend this place to pop in for coffee and a treat or lunch.

Labels has been our go to place for items to send to our daughter from here now living in California. Hubby has gotten jeans. I’ve gotten a Gucci handbag, shoes and Gingersnap jewelry, etc. On yesterday I was hours from attending a formal Black & White Scholarship Gala! I saw an incredible black and white floor length spaghetti strapped formal. Sydney was exceptional in customer service, professional, well spoken, knowledgeable member of the team!! Worst place on earth. Not a consignment shop. I took clothes in they were looking for all on hangers and wrapped from dry cleaners. They gave it back with no hangers or wraps in a ball of wrinkles. This all happened in less than 30 minutes. Beware they probably wanted it all for free. Plus I called ahead and asked if they did consignment on clothing and they said yes. When I left there I was told they never heard of consignment before. Even when they advertise as a consignment business. Stay away from this place.

The only good things about this shop is that the proceeds go towards the Key Training Center and the fact that you can occasionally find a couple decently priced gems. Other than that, most of the clothes (all of which are secondhand) are overpriced, occasionally not even in that great of condition, and selling things here is a nightmare.

The kids who work here and go through the clothes never seem to be on the same page about what they can and can't take. There have been multiple times that my mother and I have taken clothes in to sell, a lot of it as often like-new and sometimes even still has the original tags on them. Almost every time, the clothes are rejected. To the point to where we're not even convinced that the people who work here have gone through the clothes. I called ahead the other day to confirm that they are buying clothes and the guy on the phone told me that they were. I went in literally the next morning to drop off a basket of like-new summer clothes and other accessories. Most of which were sizes large to 1x. I got a phone call just about an hour later that I missed, but I called them back as soon as I could. Turns out, they couldn't take any of the clothes due to their already high inventory. This doesn't add up considering I had just been told that they could take in clothes when I called in advance and they had a sign on the door with a list of what they were taking. Most of what I had in the basket matched the items on the list.

I went to pick up my basket the next day and spoke to an adult woman about the issue. She told me that they were only taking the listed items and only larger sizes (lg, xl, and plus). I told her that if they actually went through my basket they would see that a lot of what I brought fit that exact description. She asked me if I had any interest in donating it, but I declined because I knew that I could sell a lot of it elsewhere. Which I did.

With that all said, I refuse to go back to Labels for anything. Shopping, selling, etc. The next time I go to support the Key Training Center, I will just make regular donations to the main thrift store and only shop there as well. The staff at Labels either aren't actually going through clothes or they're falsely advertising. Either way, it's not a good look for them. To remedy this, I suggest that the higher ups either need to retrain their staff and have them actually do their jobs. Or maybe at least get them to all be on the same page. My experiences here have been absolutely ridiculous. If you're looking to make a couple extra bucks by selling clothes, I'd strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. Labels isn't it.

After reading through these reviews, I can tell that I'm not the only person to have this kind of issue with Labels. Somebody had even mentioned that this thrift store has gone downhill and I can't agree more. They used to be great at one point. I can only hope that the people who run this store see these reviews and actually acknowledge them.
