This company is awful. The communication is only by text if you are lucky and could take months before responding. They installed our floor in a new home and now the flooring is coming up. They were supposed to replace it today but they were only going to replace it in certain areas even though the whole floor runs together. How would you like two different colors on your floor? The new color is lighter and has a pink color to it. They wanted me to sign a rejection letter just so they wouldn’t have to replace the whole floor. I refused to sign it. Many other homes in our new home community are having the same issue. They put down a poor and cheap quality flooring and now having issues they don’t want to fix. Stay away from this company

This is company has a horrible customer service, they made the flooring of my house and have to come back 4 times for warranties issues, every time they went to repair the floor the job us worst and worst.. waiting 2 weeks now for they to fix the last warranty issue.. unbelievable

STAY AWAY !!!!!!
I’ve tried 2-3 times to get someone out to my home to repair warranty work on my tile flooring and they’ve failed every time. I’ve had to take 2 days time off work that I could be using for more important things and I’ve been burned both times!
First issue was worker “couldn’t find my house” and most recently was worker was running hours behind at another job. Mind you, I’ve ordered this last repair in week’s advance. Their flooring sucks to begin with. My house isn’t even two years old. Horrible business

Think twice. Horrible customer service. No one answers emails or phone calls and they never return messages. They do everything possible to not honor warranty issues. I have a home where the flooring is peeling up in most of my rooms after 4 months. They completely blew off an appt to repair my issue and then claimed I was out of warranty. After apologizing for the warranty gaffe they now will not set an appt for for the repairs. Why would they think this is the proper way to treat people?

This place works with Highland Homes. Frankly, avoid our mistake and DO NOT BUY from Stinson’s Interior Solutions. They are dismissive, they have no regard for the customer and they don't stand by the products they sell.

We are so pleased with our new wood look tile floors from Stinsons. It was a big job. We had to have both tile and carpet removed from most of the rooms in the house. Yvonne worked with us through the entire process. The removal crew was clean and efficient. They kept down the dust and blocked off the areas where tile was not being removed. They were kind to our baseboards, existing kitchen cabinets, etc. The tile crew was great! They were respectful, careful and did a fantastic job. Our house had some difficult angles and a hallway and kitchen where the tile split and then met again 14 feet later. The tile met perfectly and grout lines were narrow throughout. We couldn't be more satisfied! We are working with Yvonne on the next project - the master bedroom and bath. She has helped us make some beautiful selections and we are confident that when the crew returns to do this job, we will be just as happy with the results.

Jeremy and Lupe have been very helpful throughout our flooring replacement process. It is just unfortunate that they have to work with Southern Homes and their hard work and dedication are being overshadowed by the carelessness of the Southern Homes construction managing team as well as the warranty team. Lupe took his time daily to ensure that his work spoke for itself and tried to make our floors as acceptable as possible given what he had to work with. Jeremy has also been extremely patient through this frustrating process and deserves nothing but praise.

Showroom is beautiful and the staff when we visited were great. My wife and I are building a home with Highland Homes and found out that Stinson's is the supplier for them. So we go in and discuss purchasing tile and vinyl planking, among many other things. I asked them if they were able to get the square footage of our house so I can get an accurate estimate for the flooring we want to purchase. I was told that they can do that, but since it was a Friday, they'd get back to me early the following week. That was fine. That week went by, no contact. My wife goes up there the following week, and we're told the guy who was doing the square footage was not there but that she'd send an email to him asking him to get back with us. Another week goes by, we hear nothing. We call up there, and are told the same thing, that he'd get back with us. We never heard a thing. Another few weeks go by and we call again, same exact scenario. It's been well over a month, probably closer to two months and we never heard anything from them, even after going out of our way. We were almost begging to give them money and could never get a call back. We've now sourced the material we need from another supplier in Lakeland and will be taking our business there. This is multiple thousands of dollars that they let leave their store. Not sure how they've been so highly regarded if they cannot even return a phone call with someone who is basically wants to give them money.
