Excellent service! I only wish that the person on the phone had told. Me that they only pull parts every 2 hours and bring them up to the front because I definitely would have paid for it over the phone before I arrive (on my 2 hour drive).. hmm. Just could has walked in the door and picked up the part if I had known about this.. other than that Minor detail everything was great! Excellent service, huge car lot! The four Stars is mainly because of the wait when I told the person I called I was driving a long distance.
I got a starter with low low mileage and a 2 yr warranty (cheap! 12$) and paid less for the entire thing there then the very cheapest I could find online with a 5 day wait for delivery. So the 4 hour trip was Worth the cheaper parts and the warranty too.
I highly recommend them- Crystal River u can get parts same day. The Tampa and Orlando location u have to pay for them pick up next day.

I just want to share with everybody that this place has gone downhill so bad! I ordered parts and I wait sometimes hours after they say they pulled it! Not to mention that if they give you the wrong part. They may tell you they won't refund you and that the money has been deposited and you just have to hope they bring you the right part when they can. This place is horrible and I recommend ordering from your local auto parts. R off of Amazon. You'll be surprised but don't waste your time here

Thought all LKQ's were "pick your part"!? I was super excited to see such a large hub for the company right near where I moved for work. I've been to many locations across the country and sometimes it's fun to just wonder the lot and see what's around with my son. Pay like $5, sign a waiver and off you go. These guys are missing a HUGE revenue stream not allowing people just to come poke around for themselves. You can see the craziest stuff in a junkyard. I don’t even need any parts per se, but you never know what you'll find walking the lot.

I don't even want to give them one star, they deserve no stars! I ordered a rim weeks ago I was called two times to tell me it was delayed, last time I got a call they said it was going to be there on Friday I waited all day Friday for my rim nobody called so I called them when I call them they let me know that oh so sorry it'll be there Monday. Monday I wait all day till about 4:00 finally I call them and I say where's my rim and they said oh it's here nobody told you nope nobody told me! When I get there is 4:32 pm, they close at 4:30, the desk girl SHILO, would not open the door to speak to me she just stared at me and pointed to the door and screamed from the desk to call the 800 number, I kindly asked for her to come over here so I can speak to her I had a question she then continued to work and let me stand there for about 5 minutes finally she came to the door stared at me and we had to scream back and forth through the glass door she would not even open the door for me and speak to me like a human being. Tuesday rolled around she called me at 8:00 a.m. to let me know my rim was there, I let her know I will not be coming up to pick up my rim I do not want to support that business because of her, SHILO. SHILo, do your job!

Said they'd buy or junk my car. It was recently in the flooding in FL which I did tell them. Instead of informing me in an email that I would have to drive it there an hour away, I called to make a time and date for tow and I was then told by some foreign speaking man that it's too far- ridiculous ly unprofessional and disrespectful. The car isn't reliable so how can I drive it an hour away..
Find someone who actually does their work, not this company. False advertising and false promises.

Very rude chick at the parts counter, after waiting 10 minutes I was told they don't have an oil dipstick, I guess too small of a sale. Last time I go there.
