I have been in this area for over 10 years. I am very disappointed in the condition of this store. The inside is dirty, tge outside needs to be powerwashed and the window ciles are full of dragon flies. It is a shame no one cares. There prices went up so high there almost the prices of new and the least they can do is keep the store clean. Im sorry but this is not ok. Whoever the manager or regional is should open there eyes and make a change. This needs to change or you will loss me as a customer, and I am sure many will follow in time. Shame on you Goodwill, do better.

Don't trust that the electronics are tested. Turning an item on does not actually mean it works. If I had been able to plug it in and actually test it I would have saved myself driving 20 miles to return a "tested" item. The Goodwill in Wildwood still has a test station. Recommend going there instead

No changing rooms. Excellent customer service though. The girl at the front was real nice and apologetic about it. I guess too much shrink. Cute stuff. Ok prices. But I can’t buy without trying it on.

Update...I dropped a star on this because Management believes that 15 people waiting in a line for 1 cashier is not a problem. I was told that all 6 registers were assigned and he couldn't jump on one to help out. With only 2 cashiers on duty, that leaves 4 registers available to him to assist during their lunch breaks. It sounds like he needs to train everyone on a register or hire more people for a Sunday.

The Leesburg store has gotten so dirty and prices are more than new items. Their staff
are no longer friendly. I’ve shopped the Leesburg store for over 30 years. It used to be next to Publix now across the street.
Yesterday a cashier called the police on me and refused to call a manager or finish ringing up my items. I only had 4 items. She was so rude and yelled at me “don’t tell me how to do my job” simply because I saw her scan one item 3 different times. And I just ask her about it. She told me that this was Goodwill not Dillards! So I took a picture of her name badge. She called the police and threatened to sue me. I had to use my phone to get a manager. She refused to call one. Literally the worst I have ever experienced. I have NOT donated to them in over a year because they mark items up so ridiculously high. Pure greed.

I hope all goodwills close down its the biggest scam I ever seen getting stuff for free then resealing it for the highest prices they can get. It totally unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be cheap for people who can afford things in a regular store but they come here and more then what it cost at most stores just disgusting.

This Goodwill location has some of the highest prices I’ve encountered. The pricing is inconsistent, with identical items varying in cost, such as baskets ranging from $2.99 to $4.99. Basic items like a wooden frame are priced at $5, while shirts that should be $5 are marked at $7 or $8. The selection is limited compared to other Goodwills, making the high prices even more puzzling. While the staff is friendly, they often leave loading carts blocking the aisles, which complicates the shopping experience. Only the furniture in the back seems reasonably priced. Men’s section in particular is disorganized and overpriced, and overall lacking (probably due to the high prices) — the selection does not move around much. We avoid this location.
