Whoever does the pricing here is awful. They used to screw you over once a week. Now it seems to be at random. The prices go up, the potency goes down. The normal pricing constantly gets jacked up, they limit what you can buy. It's infuriating to have to pay a jacked up price one day when you know they have the same product but refuse to sell it to you this day. I can't describe the anger I feel toward your company on these days. You have an awful business practice of forcing people to buy inferior products at higher prices than they normally pay for better products. JUST SET ONE PRICE AND KEEP IT, STOP TRYING TO MANIPULATE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. I'm sure you're not hurting for revenue.

Good product. Grabbed 4, 1/8ths at 20 bucks each, high thc and good terps. Had just renewed my card so got 75 off of 80 bucks. Half oz for 5 dollars. I'm a happy guy!

This is one of the higher priced dispensaries but that is fine. They also stated they wouod deliver. So I thought I wouod utilize that feature since was unable to drive to location. Placed order delivery date was set for couple days in advance bc that was their first available. No biggie. They canceled my delivery at 11 the day of delivery , first they offered to deliver at a later date days later. Which i would be at work and now I am out becuase waited days for a delivery that isn't going to happen. Terrible customer service no notice at all to make alternate arrangements with a ride or different dispensary.

Made a 2nd attempt to place a delivery order giving the benefit of the doubt as things happen from my first attempt. Nope even worse this time. At least the first time they called. Today my order was suposed to be delivered. I was reaching out to get a time as they provide 7a-8p which is crazy. So I reach out and was told my delivery date if 2/5 is now 2/12. And good thing i reached out. Freaking ridiculous glad I didn't sit all day waiting for someone to come and never come. Can't even give courtesy call. The rep was rude and condescending telling me glad I called to find out my order status. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money.

I stopped this morning. I watched an employee social chat with another employee for 15 minutes while people waited to be served. The clerk explained to me as a rationalization that the employee was going on a cruise. That was the excuse for not providing service. This dispensery has very substandard service. Find another one if you can.

I use to live in Leesburg and I must say trulieve Leesburg is the best dispensary I've been to and I hope and pray that my buddy John still works there and is doing okay everyone should stop in and ask for him if they want quick reliable customer service he gets you in and out quickly depending on wait times . Very friendly staff and always has everything in stock .!!
