I placed an order online early for a gourmet basket to be sent to a family who lost a relative. They called me asking if okay to delivery a day later then requested because of Valentine’s Day they didn’t have items needed in stock. I explained I was okay with substitution because I didn’t know if said friend would still be in town next day. They said they’d call their vendor then call me back. I never got a call! Hours later I got a cancellation email! Leaving me to have to start whole process over again. The least they could have done was respectfully called me since it was for a grieving friend.

5 Stars to the Ladies at Sylvia's Flower Patch on Avenue D. I ordered flowers for a small wedding. They were so beautiful and fresh. The flowers were beautiful and my bridal bouquet was breathtaking. Ordered a bouquet of flowers and a corsage for my mother for Mother's Day. They were delivered on the day promised and were absolutely beautiful according to my mother. Warning! I called in my order, talked to someone and my flowers never got delivered but my card got charged. I emailed, texted and have repeatedly tried to get someone on the phone or leave a message over the last 4 days, and just reach a recording and am cut off. I am now calling the local Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.

Poor service. They would get no stars from me
Placed an order for a funeral. The could've least call me and let me know they canceled my order because they didn't have it. Didn't even give me the opportunity to send another arrangement. Sorry way to run a business.

We received flowers for Mother’s Day and Sylvia’s put the wrong name on card. When my sister called to find out who sent them they were anything but pleasant! It’s only been two days and the flowers are already wilted. Feel bad for my brother who sent them.
