I bought a bowflex elliptical/stair hybrid from them in July and it broke in August. They said to call bowflex for tech support and it’s now almost November and play it again said they won’t do anything because they no longer carry similar machines. Total jokes. They deserve 0 stars.

My experience was horrendous. The sales person working that day was Angelo. He did not know what items are sold together. I was trying to purchase a weight bench with a bar bell. The sales person told me that the bar bell was included with the weight bench . This was before i agreed to purchase the weight bench. The sales person and I looked over the weight bench and I noticed the leg extension was missing hardware. We came to an agreement since it was missing parts that he would throw in the weights to compensate for the missing parts . My sister in law went to pick up the weight bench. Angelo was there and he basically told my sister in law a different story than what was agreed on the day before. He went into the back and never came back out. I went to get my refund the next day and i spoke with the manager. We looked around the store the bar bell and weights were no were to be found. On a further note you are selling equipment that is damaged for ten dollars more than a new one at walmart . The only reason you got one star is because that is the lowest you can go . The associates there lack training and need to retrain. To finish I would not recommend that anyone gives the Leesburg play again sports any business. The staff does not know their product and lack in customer service. After play again sports read my review , they changed a lot of the details to make themselves look like they handled everything correctly. They continue to be dishonest and change they're story. Fact is, they sold damaged equipment with missing parts, and the manager lied about not trying to offer a fair price for the damaged equipment. Never shopping there again.

I rated 3 stars because that is what is considered a 'C' for average. You had nothing for tennis, nothing worthy for soccer and an over abundance of gym equipment. So for me, it was not a 2 star nor a 4 star experience. Thank you for asking me to edit my review.

Man this place has any sports equipment that you can dream of. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. On State Road 40, I've never seen a Play It Again with so much inventory. Go there first if you're thinking about buying anything sports related. You won't be sorry. 🏆

This store is amazing! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The prices are very fair as well. Good selection of used goods as well as new. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family!
