Always some sort of issue every single time. There’s no customer service and I even heard one of them mocking me after I said I “appreciate” it after I had him to check something for me. Sorry working is so hard. Especially at a dispensary. Do better.

Jazmin from cutler bay was extremely rude . “ a supervisor at that “ is not someone who I would expect to have that authority without knowledge of their own company sales .

How did I go earlier the same day and got 2 pre-rolls , the employee helping me out pointed out that the pre-rolls were on SALE . Therefore she said it pulled up with the discounted price .
I go 2-3 hours later before they close to get two more prerolls since of the discounted price , Moreover when I go this time around the a different employee was helping me , me not thinking nothing off it . She then proceeds to tell me these would never be on sale and whoever gave you the discount shouldn’t have done so “ instead of being a proper management skills set and HONOR the price I paid a couple hours ago instead of advising me in a “ smart tone “ pushing her authority as a “ supervisor “ .

Everyone else great SERVICE AND MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE THERE ALWAYS RIGHT OPPOSE TO THE FAKE MANAGER JAZMIN thank you

Extremely disappointed... Apparently your order will disappear after they dispense you for a delivery and won't ever call you to give you the product... Not sure what's going on at this trulieve but i won't be returning.

There is no place like home! Trulieve is #1 this location in particular could use a bit more inventory but I have to say, AMAZING ATMOSPHERE, GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, there online inventory is always 100% up to date! Thanks Trulieve!
