We visited El Dorado today and what an amazing experience we had. Lisette was extremely patient and kind ! She really understood our needs. She never rushed us and gave us her professional expertise , working with her was truly a delight. If you are looking for someone to help you while buying your furniture she is def. one that we will go to again and again and will recommend to our family and friends. El Dorado selection is like no other, the prices are great and the options are vast. We really liked the modern pieces that were offered with amazing prices. The process of decorating a home can be very challenging but with El Dorado and the help of Lisette we were able to accomplish so much. In under 3 hours we bought everything needed to furnish our entryway and our dinning room area. Let us mention that they have great financing options and they are very transparent with all the paperwork , Lisette made the process very smooth. Visiting “El dorado” was such an amazing experience. It felt like I traveled in time and got to remember many beautiful memories from my childhood. Their rooms had such a magnificent energy that felt like 3 hours were 7 minutes. I was able to meet so many nice people, every employee treated me like part of their family, I cannot wait to go home and invite my mother in lay to come visit and enjoy such a a trip to El Dorado ☀️🎶🔆🔅🔱💎⚙️🌆🌠🌄🎇🎑🌅🌉✈️🥇🎗️🎫🎱🍻🥂🥃🪐🌏🦓☘️🍀🐂👓🕶️👁️🫀🫵🤚🫶🙌😎🤩

El Dorado does a great job of selling you their furniture but does not disclose that they get their merchandise from China. The leather isn’t real leather, it’s more of a cheap leather from China. I paid $7000 for a brand new recliner couch believing it would be of the highest quality but less than 2 years after purchase the motor began to fail and burn out. Thankfully I had purchased their extended warranty which come to find out they outsource to provide any required repairs. And yes you guessed it, parts come from China. You have to wait 8 to 10 weeks for the parts to come and then another 2 to 3 weeks for the service to be provided. Fast forward all this time and my motors were finally replaced only to have another one go bad now. Now back to the cheap leather that is now fading and cracking which they said is not covered by my “extended” warranty even though the couch is less than 2 years old. They further said that it looked like scratches but they happen to be in the same lower back areas in the same pattern and form; clearly not scratches. Needles to say I will NOT be buying from them again.

Horrible customer service.
I purchased two lamps and when I arrived at home I noticed that the golden painting had bubbles like they were about to start peeling. Immediately I called the seller Mikel and send him a message.
I went back to the store to return the lamps . He said that it was normal with the golden, and they will give me a store credit,. but how if it was like just two hours ago?
I told him that I need to see the manager. I had a seat and wait for 5 minutos. He came back telling me that as a courtesy they will give me a refund. I asked him for an invoice that proof the transaction. The manager Mayra Lamont( who was there all the time listening the conversation, but never said a word before) said that they don’t have any documentation, finally agreed to print and sign an invoice as a proof. I mentioned that they still having problems with the quality of the products , and the lady in the front desk looked at me and rolled her eyes on me with a horrible demeanor.
I think they sell at very high prices, they are suppose to have a customer service in high standard as well.
Just be aware!!

I have been a customer with El Dorado for over a decade. I was excited to make a new purchase with them, but that excitement faded quickly. They changed the delivery fee 4 times. It seems they add a delivery fee per item, not per room or set but per item. I decided to go somewhere else.

Had a great experience at this location when I arrived looking for a couch for my family room. Hancel was able to help me find the perfect couch to fit in my room. He was very kind, polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable on all the furniture throughout the store. If you’re ever in this store be sure to ask for him. I promise you will leave happy 😃
