We had an extremely disappointing experience at Nordstrom Rack yesterday, falling victim to theft within the store premises. It's crucial for international visitors to exercise caution, as it appears that non-U.S. customers may be targeted for potential cash theft.

Upon realizing our wallet was missing while attempting to make a purchase, we encountered unhelpful and rude staff members who provided conflicting information. Some claimed security cameras were in operation, while others insisted that involving the police would be futile.

Fortunately, a compassionate local customer intervened, contradicting the staff's statements and guiding us to file a police report. At this moment, the wallet was mysteriously 'found' by the staff, but unfortunately, the money was missing. Despite our request to review security camera footage, the staff refused.

The inconsistency in information from different managers raised suspicions of internal organization in the theft. This distressing experience not only disrupted our holiday plans but also had repercussions for the store's business, as we refrained from potential purchases. It was a regrettable situation for all parties involved.

Went to the UPS drop-off
. They are the best! So friendly and efficient. They helped me send my clothing to NJ when I visited 2 months ago. I didn't have to drag and pay for a suitcase. The cost for shipping was somewhat lower than the cost of flying with a suitcase and was delivered to my door.
