I’ve lived in Lehigh for about 20 years now and from the time this place opened I have always bought our weekend dinners from here but today it disappointed. The cooks were not wearing gloves and they serve the pico de gallo with their own hands, gross.

But they need to be more friendly and courteous . They need people that knows how to count money . This is the second time I don’t get the right change.

Good tacos, mom and I got the beef and pork and stayed to eat there. While eating I saw 3 young ladies stocking up the vegetable and fruit aisle. Fast workers, doing their job, cool.

Here comes where basic customer service and intelligence lacks:

Until one comes back from the register, telling her coworkers how a customer tried to return cigarettes. Sure, the customer may have been wrong for that but keep your comments to yourself, not for the whole store to hear, especially your clients. Then, on our way out, my mom saw avocados displayed in the vegetable section and asked me to get some. I grabbed 2 and met at the register. The customer right in front of us, that was paying at the same time said “Oh, she let your grab the avocados? At least you were able to grab them. She told me that I couldn’t”. I didn’t know what she was talking about until my mom then decided she also wants bananas. So I went back to the veggie section, saw the baby bananas on the floor, in a box which I’m sure the girls were going to put away. But I wasn’t in the way, neither was the box, to let them do their job. And a young girl, with tattoos and broken Spanish said I can’t grab the bananas until they were done working. It wasn’t what she said, it’s how she said it, in a huffy, annoyed, and seemingly ready to fight manner. 🙄 I’m not easily frightened and told her “they’re right there” and grabbed a bunch.

Dear owner of the store: Teach that employee how NOT to be rude to your clients, especially when they WANT and DID spend money 💵 in your store. That was my first time there…not a good look.

Ehh they were good when they 1st opened, but now not so much. I live close to it, but rather drive further for better quality food. Everytime I order steak or chicken anything, I get lots of nerves, & fat!😠 I hate the taste of chicken fat. It is also way over seasoned for my taste. The salsa is always good & fresh but that's about it.

I LOVE this place. Best pork rinds ever. Ppl are friendly even with the language barrier. All the food is always fresh and dang do they know how to cook it.. Spiced perfectly. And it's a little grocer too. Prices are honest and fair.
