The rudest experience and service ever. I had my FedEx label attached and didn't need a receipt and just asked, because of the long line, can I leave my package in the counter, I was rudely told to get in line, the wife came up to the counter and was available so I asked again and he said, she trying to but in front of everyone in line. She grabbed my package from me and scanned it in the computer as she was chastising me, I said, why are you being so rude I'm the customer. I don't appreciate that and she said she was not being rude as she was continuing to be rude and mean. The dogs were laying in the back and the place stunk like old wet dogs. Worst experience ever, and I won't go back.

Be careful when you notarized documents with this company. I had forms notarized in 2021 this man Peter Sabrow the owner states in 2025 that he did not notarized one of the documents. Both documents notarized on the same day. The documents has his signature stamp and seal. Original documents for both. I am filing a complaint with the notary licensing and the attorney general to get the notary license suspended. He should not be able to notarized important documents any longer.

I come here very often for sending off return packages, the process is always very smooth and easy. I've never had any issues with any of the staff, and this will continue to be my main shipping store in Lehigh.

I am sorry I couldn't give this place less that one star. I went to this store today and I saw the interaction between the owners and a man that didn't speak English and their attitude towards him was absolutely ridiculous.

The guy was trying to rent a truck and when I walked in I heard the male owner saying to the customer in a very disrespectful tone that "he didn't have time for this".

A Hispanic woman then came into the store and the customer asked her for help translating. She obviously was born in the US and spoke perfect English and was willing to help but still the owners were upset and kept saying that it would take too long because there were a lot of questions that he had to answer. The lady began to translate for the gentleman but the look of disgust and impatience on the female owner's face and her attitude to them was a disgrace.

I can't quite put into words how disrespectful, dismissive and prejudiced they were to this man.

I get that it was difficult to conduct business when you cannot communicate with customer but this attitude by the owners was downright unprofessional and degrading to this customer. At one point the female owner told the woman translating to tell the customer next time to go somewhere where they spoke Spanish.

You simply should not be operating a business if this is how you treat people that do not look and sound like you.

I am not saying that these owners were racist, I have no hard proof of that, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then...........

This business deserves minus 5 stars.

THESE PEOPLE WAS VERY RUDE TO MY 89 UEAR OLD DAD AFTER THEY SHIPPED THE PACKAGE TO DENVER COLORADO INSTEAD OF PHILADELPHIA PA AND THEY'RE NOT WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEW ERROR. I WOULD NEVER SHIP WITH THEM AGAIN

After already having a uhaul truck reservation online and everything already approved and booked. After we arrive we walk in to a lady being disgusting to a customer on the phone so this was my first red flag. Now after her husband make sure my cards actually mine or whatever because I was PAYING FOR MY MOTHER.(which is white) so it was in her name she was gonna be the one driving we've done this before. Then after some side whispers with husband she said she's refusing to rent. My mom stormed out in a understandable huff and frustration but still, I tried to come to a compromise when I asked her "what the problem was & maybe we can reach a compromise" her exact words was "i don't want to rent my truck out for a week for it to just get stolen"

Seemed like everything was okay until she saw my white mother had me a biracial ( black & white ) son. I've never experienced anything like this power trip before that had no logic cause she had the ID for us and its Uhauls truck she ran a pack and send store, so I know everything is insured and isn't coming out their own pockets if a truck was stolen , which only led me to believe she wanted to power trip to deny me what was already approved unbiased. BY UHAUL.

And then I see review after review about how she treats , minority people, colored, Spanish & anyone not of her own skin color let alone just getting away with treating anyone that walks in or calls her store. This the first time I've seen blatant racism in a business/ professional setting so I'm aiming to take this to the very top. Like I said she has 10+ negative reviews some directly naming her. So why is this place is still aloud to be licensed to rent out and represent Uhaul. This is 2024 a person abusing their power ruining a humans day because of their skin color or race. Needs to be stopped, this should not be happening anymore and should've never taken place today.

Donna is very rude for no reason, as her tone is not friendly at all. It ls like it kills her to crack a smile and be pleasant. She is just rude for no reason. Long time ago my parents and I would come here, however, we stopped because of the nasty attitude this woman has...and we were not being nasty to her!
Thought I would give it another try, but its worse.. Its a shame, people are so nasty. Surprised still in business.

My sister and I had rented a uhaul truck there sat. Family was nice and loved the dogs. We were told that they would be close by the time we were supposed to return the truck. Just put the keys in the drop box. So the truck was suppose to be back at 3:30 on sat. The truck was dirty and had pizza in the truck and everything was greasy. We drop the truck off at 3:30 pm. Then my sister gets a voice message from a younger lady saying where the truck it was suppose to be back at 3 pm. If we don’t hear from you we will report it stolen. This lady was not nice and at and very rude. We put the keys in the drop box like we were told to. My sister couldn’t call them back cuz the time she got the call it was 10 pm at night. You don’t be rude to your customers, what if we’re were involved in an accident or had a flat tire. Why would I want to steal a uhaul truck for. My sister said she will never use them again and she will be telling all her friends about the horrible phone call that was left on her phone. I hope the lady that left that message gets fired.
