This is place awesome the environment. The best one I had a chance to talk to and got so much knowledge from was Tiffany. Girl you the best thanks for everything you do and the way you handle a small location with many people. Your an amazing soul. Bless this place and her.

This location use to be great. Seems online orders have become useless these days. 3rd time I’ve ordered, received confirmation……yet never receive anything saying it’s ready. Online constantly says processing. Hard to imagine 1 or 2 items completely confuses everyone. And again, this isn’t the 1st time. Guess they’re only concerned with walk in customers. Unfortunately for them, there are other places to walk in. Plus have online orders ready and most importantly notify customers usually within an hour that it’s ready. Not sure what’s going on here, but things honestly need to improve.

For some reason my card didn't work. A few minutes later it did work, but apparently my transaction was cancelled on their end. I pulled money out from the atm and paid twice. The guy said I had to dispute the charge even though I had proof that my card was charged and it was approved. They refused to refund me my money. Just flat out stole it.

I checked in early on web site like I do all the time .I was on the list like number 4 went to 3 I was outside like usually waiting to get number 2 or 1 and walk in and then check in .they took me off the list so I went in and asked why I got took off the list . The girl told me when you ck in online you haft to let them no how are you supposed to do that when your on the way .very wrong what they did. I waited outside 30 minutes before they took me off the list .she acted like it was no big deal. It is a big deal luckly I walked out without my order. Never had a problem before today .

After traveling on the road and having been to MANY trulieve locations this is the first one where I’ve ever been embarrassed ,moved aside for other customers (just because of a mistake on the company end). And made out to be trying to take advantage of the BILLION dollar company. Every location has always made it right except for this one. The store manager apparently has a close enough relationship with her boss that she was instructed to “protect her compliance record” rather than have a happy customer leave taken care of. Not sure why a customer should be discussing a compliance record with an employee but I guess that’s what happens when you shop publicly traded store fronts instead. PUFFCO shouldn’t even support a company who treats their product users this way.

So bad, the website never works, you place and order and check in just to be booted off the wait list. There’s only two associates working who are doing the best they can with the resources given. It’s truly sad you allow your employees to struggle with no help and customers lined up out the door. This has to change or business will go elsewhere. I myself will be going to another dispensary a bit further away just to avoid another 45 minute wait for an already packaged pick up order. Owners should be ashamed.

Good Dispensary but always a long wait time for the past couple of months. They are 100% understaffed and as I sit in the lobby every occasion other patients are complaining. Not everyone has 30 minutes to wait every time they come in. Please hire more staff
