There to fax a paper and overnight it and waited well over an hour. There’s a woman at the desk and one in a small room next to the counter. Terrible that the lady in the back didn’t come to assist with the customers as well. I definitely wil consider going to ups next time.There is absolutely no reason for a long wait like this.

Besides literally being your one stop for all shipping & packaging needs amongst many other amazing services, their customer service is outstanding, they truly go above and beyond to meet and exceed your expectations! Between them and fedex no ones willing to help me with a car part they broke. I had insurance on my crank shaft just in case and well it was broken apparently beyond repair. Instead of them taking responsibility or fedex taking responsibility we have been getting gaslighted and rug swept. They did a pathetic guesstimate on the part instead of asking us what the part was worth or doing research. The part is worth between 400 to 500 dollars they stated its worth only 100.00. Sent me a check for a refund on the shipping and insurance to make it voided. And my part was disposed of now i have no car part. No replacement part and two companies acting like toddlers instead of making this right trying to blame the other company this has gone over a month with no resolution other then trying to scam me. Now i have to get a lawyer because they refuse to replace the part for what its actually worth. Meanwhile i have no vehicle and have lost my job due to no transportation. They were so lazy they couldnt even write the get rid of me check all the way. DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR FEDEX THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND I HAVE YET BEGUN TO FIGHT.

Brought my items in to ship to myself out of state. I paid for boxing and shipping my items. The person behind the counter had another customer come in and hurried to move on. She said she’d box it up later. One of the items was my grandmothers sewing machine, I’m 62, so you can imagine the age of the machine. The machine was in a carrying case, which was bottom heavy. It was lain on its side in a large box with six thin bubble envelopes for padding. As the machine slid around in the bottom of the box the carrying case got destroyed, parts of the sewing machine started breaking off (the place where you fill the bobbins at the top, and the cover over the bobbin under the needle. When I called, she seemed apologetic and said she would file a claim for me. I sent pictures of everything, with no response. I called weeks later, she looked and Fed Ex had given her the $100 and since I called she did finally send it on to me, but at this time she was extremely rude. People claim she has great rates....you get what you pay for!!
