(New Edit!! Today has been more than a month and they haven't contacted me, like it says in their response. They only said that to respond to my feedback) ….Horrible builder! Most of the things done to my house was poorly done. For example my roof leaks in, because they didn’t put no more than 2 nails per shingle strip also they didn’t put the glue that goes on the edge under metal strip. Also customer service is horrible, the worst. Oh and the warranty department “Katia” which it sounds like she’s the only one in that department is even worst, never answered my phone calls, the last time I saw her was on my year walk through and she was pending a few thing and was never done. Horrendous work on my roof that now I would have to pay more than $30,000 to replace, because of their bad quality. I have tried to talk to them about what i found out about my roof and they never answer and if they do they say that I have passed the 1year warranty, but it’s not my fault that they didn’t do it correctly. Also paint inside and outside was cheaply done it was only primer. I am never planing on building with Maronda homes ever again.

My wife and I wanted to get our new and first house. We didn’t know Maronda Home but by seeking online, we finally oriented to this builder office. When we got there, we realized how beautiful their models are and we chose the Ashton model, the same one where is the office. That takes time to finish everything but now we are more excited that our house is completely done. It was a good experience with reliable and good people.Thank you Maronda Home !

I bought my first house from Maronda and my experience has been unpleasant, the house is new and the problems have been many, broken bathroom floor, exterior power outlets do not work, air conditioning unit with little capacity, the list would be very long. If you are going to buy a house, I did not use Maronda.

We visited Maronda Homes in Lehigh Acres and met with most sweetest sales associate Denia Himick . She was very welcoming as if she were welcoming us home . She was very professional honest and genuine in answering all of our questions . She really made us feel welcomed and was always available to answer any questions no matter how many times we called . We visited Maronda Homes in Lehigh Acres and were greeted by Sales Associate, Denia Himick. She was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. We felt she was knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. Unfortunately, they only had one inventory home and it was not what we were looking for.
