Sent me an email telling me parts are ready for pickup with Sunday hours listed as 9-4, but the doors are locked and no one is answering the phones. Wasted my time and gas. I would have ordered from someone else had I known. Now I have to wait to fox my car's brakes and try to get there after work one day to pick up parts I paid for. Really not a great business practice to advertise hours and not honor them. It would take them minutes to update their website and Google business posting with accurate information.

As a local business owner, I take pride in customer service. Jorge Garcia, the store manager, showed me there are still people in the world that feel the same as I do. If the district/regional manager sees this, PROMOTE HIM. There are people you have to overpay to show your appreciation, he’s one of them. Much appreciation Jorge!

Terrible service, i ordered a part that was supposed to be in the next day...3 days later its still not in. When i went in benard was all kinds of rude, belittling me in spanish to other customers not realizing i too speak spanish and could understand him. When i confronted him and told him i could understand him he said " congratulations" ill never go here again.

Great auto parts store with very knowledgeable personnel. Quality products at good prices. The other auto parts stores don't even come close to NAPA quality and the exceptional service.
