If you want to put air on your tires or need to go inside for anything please save yourself a headache and go to a nicer friendly gas station. I stopped at this gas station to put air on my tires that I really need it and the machine took my money but didn’t work. So I went inside to ask the ladies to please started for me since I paid it already but it didn’t worked, I knew from the one lady that they have a card to use it, but the other cashier said call the number and deal with them we have nothing to do with it!!! That is a horrible customer services experience keeping in mind that I used to put gas and buy other things here and knowing that she could help me and decided to be a getto nasty lady!!! I would never come back here and please go somewhere else that cares for their customers not a place that doesn’t care!!! Now I have to wait 10 day for a check refund but the worse part is that I didn’t get the service I need it and the nasty attitude from this lady!!! Will take my business elsewhere else!!!!😡😡😡😡

Twice now corporate has expired discounts for members on gas. Your customer service is only open from 8:30 to 4:30 so I can only assume that you don’t care because you’re not open for someone to call if you work during the day. Someone needs to fix this issue of expiring fuel discounts prior to the expiration date. I’m here filling up on Tuesday 5 pm my discount is set to expire at Midnight tonight. But NO discount available. Wawa has discounts I’m sure I wonder if I should go there

Fantastic convenience store, well stocked, very clean. Friendly, efficient staff. Roller grill with lots of toppings. Cheapest cigarette prices in town, self serve 99cent ice cream cones. Also the only place in St Pete that sells E-84 (ethanol). Very clean restrooms!

So I’m an uber driver and when I get a chance to fuel up and take a bathroom break I pull in to what’s close tonight it was unfortunately this store where the attendant sat on her phone not paying attention to her surroundings n oh yes and let’s not forget the bathroom is closed down very inconvenient and very disappointing but this is why I spend my money at Wawas where the bathroom is always open ppl

My favorite gas station! I save on my gas every time I fill up. The service is amazing. All the employees are nice. Their Rewards Program has great savings. You can also use your Debit Card for Lottery.

This use to be a really nice gas station ⛽. Everytime I go there the gas pumps do not have recipt. The grounds are really dirty with trash everywhere homeless people on the grounds. The lines are long with one cashier that takes forever. How are you going to deliver great service to customer's if you can not do the basics right. It is sad that this gas station is operated in this matter. Thorntons do better.and try to find quality employees and managers. Get you curb appeal better. Power wash your sides walk. Hire a grounds person so you can get this stuff done . This is just plain laziness and not all about profit lines. Do better. If I could they would get no stars.

Gas prices same as everywhere. Pump won't print receipt for gas. Filthy bathroom. Ice cream machine broken down. One person on register and 10 people in line. One person wandering around with a rag and a spray bottle. They should close the doors on this location.
