Was not greeted upon entering.. even though I was the only customer in the store, I had to end up saying hello first and letting them know I was needing something (who would have guessed). Jennifer and Rebecca did not seem at all concerned with any type of customer service, let alone trying to make a sale. Could not get done what was wanting, due to me not being an authorized user (no worries there). But no apologies, no thank you for coming in, nothing. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not come to this store unless you enjoy disappointment and terrible service.

Great experience at this store! Jennifer and her reps greeted me so joyfully, it made me jump! Wasn’t authorized to access an account but I understood that it wasn’t their fault. They were kind enough to walk me through the process of becoming authorized so they could help me with my wireless needs! 10/10 would recommend going here.

My old phone went completely kaput. Tiffany was nothing but helpful and kind. Because my phone was gone, getting logged into my google account was a trial that involved different devices, speaker phone calls, using alternate devices, and a heap of patience. She was awesome!

My daughter and I just recently changed carriers to AT&T due to bad customer service from my our other carrier. We came into the Haleyville AT&T store because our phones were not properly set up at the other store we purchased the phones. These ladies were a wonderful example of superior customer service! They helped us with our phones and treated us like family. AT&T should be so thankful that Jennifer, Natalie, and Tiffany are on their team. Thank you again ladies and God bless you all!

Tiffany was an excellent sales personnel. She was knowledgeable in her tasks and performed her tasks in a timely fashion. My wife and I got the phones that were available to fit our budget and we are overall satisfied with our experience. There needs to be more sales representatives like Tiffany.

Went in with a cracked screen and Tiffany helped every step of the way. Took care of all of our warranty stuff and was extremely helpful! She also helped us cut out some unneeded add ons to help lower our bill! Great service! Friendly atmosphere!
