Just finished our carpet project...4 bedrooms (& 5 closets!), 1 extra room, linen closet, hallway and stairs. Waaaay overdue! They even had to repair some damage on our subfloor. Looks fabulous!! Quick, professional, great quality, great price! Highly recommend!!

Lisa at Wholesale Carpets took good care of us when we replaced all of the floors in our house with luxury vinyl plank. The project included removing the existing tile, replacing with COREtec LVP, and new baseboards. She also helped with tile in my condo bathroom and bamboo wood floor repair. We are so glad we chose Wholesale Carpets. We got a total of four quotes, but really liked the customer service we received when speaking to/meeting Jim. When we ultimately chose Wholesale and met with him at their office to pick out LVP options to take home, we ended up picking the one he pointed out to us. We were glad to have his eye, considering this is our first big home project as first-time homeowners. One of the biggest draws was that they can uninstall and reinstall the toilets.

Our home is about 1,200 square feet, and had hardwood flooring, carpet and tile. We wanted to get rid of it all and chose an LVP with no transitions. It took a total of three days to complete and they completely worked with our work schedule to accommodate.

John was awesome when customizing our stairs. Dan and his team were great with quickly removing the hardwood and installing the LVP. The corners looked good.

Also, I felt like nothing can really prepare you for the amount of dust that kicks up during the process. Be aware of that. They did cover our couch, electronics, etc. with plastic tarp. But still, dust finds a way.

I will say, two out of the three nights, we contacted Jim and John after-hours about things we've noticed. It turns out, they were already thinking ahead and planned for those hiccups. Why tell the homeowners and stress us out when they were already on top of it? They were super nice about us contacting them late over those things. Great customer service!

What an amazing job they did! Bill is very professional and easy to communicate with and made the process simple. John and Keith worked very hard and we were so pleased with how quickly they moved. We had vinyl installed throughout the house and everything came out perfect. Their pricing is great and the products are very good quality. One thing I really appreciated is that other companies would have required me to get my own plumber to remove and replace the toilet during the install while with Wholesale, John took care of everything for us! I would recommend them a million times over!
