We just built a brand new house and tiled every room and bathroom. Our experience with Sofia Betz from Prosource places her at the very top of our recommendation of all of the subcontractors we worked with. A few words on Sofia both professional and personal. She is very knowledgeable about the various different products ProSource carries and with the necessary contacts with the manufacturers to get answers in terms of specs, availability, etc in a timely fashion. Where Sofia shines, is her taste, designer eye and ability to offer color, material combinations for the various rooms we needed tiling. You essentially get a designer with Sofia.
She also introduced us to Katie Pyle an interior designer we hired and both together made our dreams come true. From a personality standpoint, Sofia is always cheerful, energetic and available and helpful. Both my wife and I enjoyed every interaction we had and consider Sofia greatly for her help involvement and assistance. These pictures speak for themselves.
We also did have a couple issues with some of the manufacturers product (wrong deliveries) and Prosource and the team made things right. Shout out also to Xiara who supported the team every step of the way. In short, highly recommend.

Working with Sofia was an absolute pleasure! She’s energetic, honest, and has an incredible eye for design. Her artistic skills truly stand out; she presents great options and delivers a final product that exceeds expectations. Her assistant, Xiara, also deserves a shoutout for facilitating seamless communication and staying mindful of timelines and inventory, which kept everything on track.
I genuinely enjoyed the process and collaboration with Sofia. She was always open to feedback, making the experience both fun and rewarding. The results speak for themselves: we renovated our primary, guest, and powder bathrooms, laundry room, and even added tile by the balcony doors to protect against hurricane season.
The store offers a big selection, clean bathrooms, and even additional services and products. We ended up ordering two vanities through Jeff, which was super convenient.

Overall, I highly recommend this team for their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to making the design process enjoyable!

We met with Sofia who helped us put together all the necessary pieces for our new addition and remodel. We could not have had a better experience. Sofia's product knowledge and taste was absolutely amazing and exactly what we needed.

We added a large master bedroom and bath with dual walk-in closets and a roll in shower for our aging Mom, walk-in pantry, indoor laundry room and are relocating the kitchen. Essentially, we're building a small house and attaching it to our existing.

Needless to say, we needed a lot of components, and we couldn't be happier with the products we chose. None of it would have been possible without Sofia.

Highly recommend you start here regardless of the materials you think you may want to use before you go anywhere else because I believe you would be quite surprised at their inventory and what they have the ability to source for you in comparison to costs anywhere else. Sofia Is absolutely phenomenal, a real life angel. She has excellent taste and is a true designer. She is budget conscious but she is also conscious of the vibe and what is fitting within the overall design and what is not. We ran into many hurdles and issues on my project entirely unrelated to ProSouce. Between covid material delays, shortages, hurricanes, floods, you name it: It occurred throughout the course of my project. I believe we had to place 7 different orders in total and keeping up with the amount of materials received, delayed, arrived, short was nearly impossible. Yet somehow Sofia did it and I find myself so much better off than I would have been with anyone else. Cannot recommend enough. Regardless of the project, regardless of its location, regardless of the size: HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Sofia.

We met with Penny several times over the past month to pick out a kitchen countertop, backsplash, flooring, and shower tile. She was great to work with. She offered lots of ideas and suggestions and was very patient with us. We really appreciate her helpfulness and responsiveness.

ProSource Wholesale is a great resource for remodel or new construction projects. Sent there by our contractor we met Penny Illingworth. She has help us through our remodel and new construction phases. Penny has great ideas and knowledge of all aspects in regard to bathroom and kitchen design. Every time we went to ProSource's spacious showroom she was prepared to share ideas and samples for the current project. Personally, we were thankful for her expertise in helping design a kitchen and several bathrooms. We are very happy with the tile choices, flooring, countertops, and cabinets she coordinated to complete our beautiful home.
