Would like to start off with the fact I can't stand the idea of going to a dealership to purchase a car, unfortunately I found myself in a situation on February 4th where I had no choice but to head into a dealership and purchase a vehicle. I already expected the whole experience to be a nightmare due to me not being credit perfect or having a gigantic down payment . I did the online pre-approval for Crown Nissan and was shown a selected few cars which i found the car I know own. I was contacted by the internet sales people and given the name of who I would be dealing with, Bryan Ealy was who I needed to meet. Well I was genuinely shocked at him he was very honest with me and made getting into a car a not quite what I dreaded. Very pleased with his attitude and he was very kind and went over everything that was needed to get the car and made it so I wouldn't have to go bankrupt in putting down enough to secure a decent loan and have payments that were well within my budget. I am really thankful for him and the people at Crown Nissan for making the purchase of a used car not the nightmare I was gearing up to experience.

Today we purchased a 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum. I input my information online and Cathy Voogd jumped right in to assist me. Cathy was very open, warm and professional throughout the entire buying process. Cathy treated me and my mother like family and now has officially coined my mom's new nickname as "Mama bear". My mother and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. Cathy fully explained all the features of the car. She even went as far as sending me a video of the car and stayed in communication with me until I arrived the following day. Cathy kept complete transparency with me and also made sure I left the lot with the vehicle I wanted.
