i bought a really nice sectional couch for my mom but she passed away in 2017 i still have the couch still in mint condition no dought if i ever come back to St.pete Fl i will go there and buy more stuff nice people friendly staff and really good prices !!!

Great deals! Just do a thorough inspection of your item. The hutch is from here, the buffet is new. Couldn't tell if you tried that they aren't both new.

Cathy Green was an exceptionally helpful customer service salesgirl. She remembered us from the day before and went out of her way to help us find the perfect sleeper sofa. She stayed with us from start to finish. She even told us she would keep an eye out for the white coffee table that my husband showed her that we liked! She cares about her customers and I can't recommend her highly enough! The manager on duty was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I see no reason to go anywhere else for our furniture needs! Check it out!

Probably the nicest people to ever help my husband & I out while buying furniture. We didn’t feel like we were being watched like a hawk unlike the other furniture stores we had visited but there was someone always nearby to answer our questions. We bought a beautiful floor to ceiling lamp which adds so much character and ties everything together in our house for such a good price! They offer so many different styles/themes to fit your house whether you like the modern look or rustic farmhouse they have it all. Stop in and you won’t be disappointed.

This place is a gem! Yeah, sure there are alot of broken pieces that I dont see how anyone would buy but there is also a lot of gems there and some with no damage at all. I have been waiting for 8 months for my sofa to arrive and I saw the same sofa there even cheaper than what I paid at 20 percent off! I almost cancelled my purchase but it is due in any day and my salesman has been very patient with me calling so I hate to take away his sale! They have a buffet there that retails for 1,00o bucks for 350, actually about 8 of them. Some beat to hell and others with hairline cracks that are in in the mirror that would not show on back of the bottom. I wish I had not of thrown way my box for the one I just bought at home depot! I wish I would have discovered this place before I purchased any furniture at all! I would have saved a bundle!

Yesterday went for a couch and dining room table with chairs. This is the only place I shop for furniture, the quality is good, the prices are right and the sales people are wonderful. My salesperson was Casey, she was great! Found what I wanted quickly, Casey helped me with price and locating chairs for my new dining table, she was very helpful! I would have given them 0 stars if I could. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I brought my furniture brand new ($1,600+) and had a bunch of pieces missing. I should've just built it all myself. After being given the run around about simply just giving me the pieces that were missing, I was given two options: #1 come to the store and they will "help me the best they can with what they have" or #2 bring back the two pieces of furniture which was A KING SIDE BED AND VERY LARGE DRESSER. I rented a truck to move the furniture the first time which was over $100. They didn't even offer to have it moved back when it was their mistake. I've purchased furniture from many of there competitors like the one across the street America Freight Furniture and DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. I will be taking my money somewhere else. The General Manger Kevin Jones, saw me at the desk expressing my concern and he didn't even intervene until after I had been standing there for almost 20 minutes. I asked him for the number for corporate and of course he showed no desire in trying to figure out what was wrong at a store level (HIS STORE) but gave me the number without even asking what my concern was. Just plain poor customer service and NO REGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLES TIME OR MONEY.

Staff is abrasive and store policies are moronic. Prices are complete asinine and random. Broken mismatched items costing several hundred dollars as well as mold on lots of items. If you don’t want to have a professional interaction then don’t take a sales job. The gray haired goomba behind the counter with his fake teeth is the epitome of lazy manager that acts like a big shot cause he oversees a warehouse of moldy garbage.
