The service was stellar And courteous. They were all very professional Edgar and Jazz were very helpful and explained everything putting my mind at ease knowing I was in good hands . They were all service was fast and I love my new rims and the tires are good quality . And I love all the services that come along with the purchase

Chose them because they have good reviews but I’m totally wrong , paid $235 + tax for them to mounted and balance a set of 4 wheel but after that the steering wheel vibration a lot at 60+ mph like the video . I found out they just did the static balance ( basic ) instead the dynamic balance . They know that my wheel need to do the dynamic balance but they still not do it because they just want to get my money as fast as they can . I call them and bring it back to correct the balance and they didn’t even say sorry or apologize. They treated me such as I bothered them and don’t even want to talk to me . This is first and last time to use their service . Be careful guy they are lazy and just want your money .

UPDATE : I just unmounted the tire what they mounted on the wheel for me and found out they broke my tpms sensor like the pictures I post it below , terrible .

This is hands down the best places I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The guys up front are very professional and super helpful. I have bought 3 sets of tires and rimes over the years and have never had any issues. These guys are top notch. I worked for Goodyear Corporate for a long time and I can tell you from experience the other tire store have a lot to learn from these guys. Truly a hidden gem.

DO NOT GO THERE. They are inexperienced and have no intention of helping you! I took my car there to get an alignment and the service was not done properly because the car kept veering to the right. So I took the car back for another alignment and they DROPPED MY CAR FROM THE RAMP!! Unbelievable. The guy who drove my car was not experienced driving stick shift and when I spoke with him he had the audacity to say “its not my fault” when I literally watch him do it! After the car was dropped 5 different employees got jacks to lift the car then push it and put it back on the ramp. Pictures below are right before he dropped the car.

Awesome service. I felt so great parting with my money. Everything is explained to the "T". The warranty is absolutely a must get. Don't sleep on it. It's also included for FREE!!!
