I want to express my immense gratitude to the team at Alabama Freightliner & Western Star in Harpersville for their outstanding service! Recently, I needed urgent warranty repairs for my Freightliner truck, and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the services provided.

I would especially like to thank mechanic Mike for his professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved it, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. I would also like to highlight the responsiveness of service manager Renay, who did everything possible to make the repair process as comfortable as possible.

Additionally, they arranged transportation for me to and from the hotel, which was a nice bonus in such a challenging situation. The service is top-notch! I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service for their trucks. Thank you for the excellent work!

I called a couple of days before to schedule PM services on my motor home and to make sure they had everything to service my Cat engine. Arrived the day of appointment and they got my coach in the shop and had everything done, buttoned up and ready to go in 3 hours. Kept me informed as to progress on a regular basis. Shop was very clean and well organized and the staff was friendly and professional. They will be my go-to shop from now on. Highly recommend this facility.

I've been driving for over 20 years and have never been to a shop this nice. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, I feel they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. We have used this new Freightliner shop 4-5 times since it opened a couple of months ago for services and small misc problems. So far the service has been great with little wait time for a service. Everyone has been super nice that we have dealt with. We are just thankful that a Freightliner certified shop has opened so close to our home instead of driving to the other side of Birmingham. It is technically a great location between B'ham & Montgomery. Also had to order a windshield through them and turn around time wasn't bad.
