Great and friendly service. I've been coming here for years. Lowest prices in lauderhill.
I switched to press on nails and they have the BEST quality. I've received so many compliments on my nails. No can tell their press ons. Great wig sales. I like to touch and examine my wigs in person. Too many liars online. You can get a great wig 24-26 inches for about $250 or less when on sale

I purchased 2 Rio wigs from them about 4 years ago. They lasted a very long time with care. Finally time for new ones. So I purchased a body wave Rio wig from them on 8-22-22. Paid and left without double checking the product. Went to a 2nd black owned establishment on the same day to support with another wig purchase and they offered service to dye, pluck and bleach knots on both wigs. I reluctantly left them with the Rio wig. When I returned the next day for pick up, they gave me 2 identical, none of them being the Rio wig that I purchased from Beauty Exchange. They said that Beauty Exchange must have switched the wig on me at point of sale. I’ve attached photos of 3 prior Rio purchases which all have the same cap/full lace and photos of the 2 wigs that were received after being serviced at the other establishment which are clearly inferior. What happened to my Rio wig? SMH. Both stores will blame the other and may even blame me for being naive but that does not excuse honesty and integrity towards customers.

This company sells DEFECTIVE AND SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS!!!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!! If you don’t discover the product is faulty in 5-7 days, they will not allow you to exchange the product. It can be 8 days and they will do nothing. This is even if the product is FAULTY and they see it doesn’t work. SHAMEFUL!!!
Shady business practices by thieves sucking the economic life out of the community it’s making money off of!! NO RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY IT SERVES!!!!
These people are so desperate for money that they would lose a customer over a 9.99 faulty spray can.

Good evening you guys need to have a meeting with the girls today I went to go get a human hair sew in hair to do my hair the girl who help me was so rude I told her what type of hair I want and what color I'm trying to do i told her let me see the hair first she had a whole attitude with me she work morning shift and I think her name or last name is altidor she haitian women with braids and she then said typical haitian just because I'm trying figure out what hair color I like plus I'm on a budget trying figure out the price of everything I deserve respect and great customer service the lady was so rude and disrespectful ,this location need some new people and better customers service who want to work

They send out coupons, but when trying to redeem it( them) they're always out.....
But try to come one or two days the product that coupons were good for...surprisingly would be fully stock on the shelves ☹️☹️☹️ how crazy is that huh? They hide their products and sending out coupons that aren't good to be honored.

The store may be smaller than the rest but the quality of stuff they have more than makes up for it. Also the staff they have depending on who works that day, does seem to have some knowledge as to help point u the direction as to whats a good product to use. As for me this seems to be the only place I can find the detangling product that ACTUALLY DOES work Taliah Waajid for children. Don't be fooled that product works for adults to!
