Boars head ultimate on special, In the middle of making my sandwich in the deli I was informed that there was no lettuce! The sales had just started, why wasn't enough lettuce ordered? I still took the sandwich, when I should've left it and went around the corner to Southwood! But I purchased spring mix and added to My sandwich!

I went to the Publix, well-stocked, friendly service... Though was surprised when I went to their "Magazines/Books" section that there was not one book there... Not everyone reads kindles, some of us like to read the old fashioned way... Still, Publix is a great chain, and this one is no exception... Lots of empty stores in this Shopping Center, but it has some good ones...

Went to the Publix in the shopping ctr. A little smaller than the Publix I usually go to buy well stocked. And employees were friendly. Not crazy about all the self check outs. I waited in line for a
cashier. I like the personal touch plus I had several things to be weighed and didn't want to figure it out at self checkout .😝

Publix is in the perfect spit here. I also love the Hobbit, Pizza Hut, Waffle house and the cloud smoke shop here. This shopping center has a really really good selection of places to shop

Something has changed and not for the better. The Customer Service desk no longer prioritizes customer service. They will have staff count the till between shift changes while at the counter, and simply say "sorry for the wait"... For up to 10 minutes. 3-5 associates standing behind the counter, and a long line of customers not being served. When I approach store managers regarding this, their response is a shrug of the shoulders. It's not just this Publix. Something has changed, Publix. Aldi can't get to our area fast enough. Until Publix returns to being customer-focused, my money will be spent elsewhere.
