If I could put zero stars I would! I bought a car 39 days ago and it completely stopped accelerating. After getting the car to a shop, they took apart the transmission and it was TERRIBLE! I was literally told it was like driving around in a ticking time bomb. My husband called the dealership right away as we haven’t even reached our first payment for this vehicle. We were told by TWO different employees that they would call us right back. It’s been 3 days and we haven’t heard anything back so we decided to go to the dealership. We get there to be told by the manager that nothing could be done and we should’ve called them (which again we did…twice). We were sold a trash car and were sent on our way with no empathy for the situation

When I walked in here 6 months ago, I wasn't sure what experience I would get because it was just the 2nd time financing a vehicle. And to purchase my 2024 Chevy Silverado RST, 8 Cylinder 10 speed.But I have to say just walking in, the staff was amazing. The atmosphere smelled very clean and looked even cleaner.

I met a good salesman at Chevrolet of Lauderhill Dealership named Kurt, I knew I had back credit, and I knew there was no way in hell I'm going to walk out with the car I wanna that day, but Kurt and his team make it happen. Since then, only dealership I have dealt with since I've been in Florida for the last 6 years, and me and friends never had a problem with bad or good credit.
