Mobility City is the place to go to if you need to rent any mobility equipment. You can rent at reasonable prices. They make it easy to try out the equipment in the store. Customer service is exceptional as is the selection of equipment. Highly recommend them!

Jonas, Kirk and Chris are a great team and spent time answering my questions! I had purchased a Go-Go Elite from another vendor only to find out they didn’t go out on repair calls. My grandfather was in an assisted living apartment and we couldn’t dismantle the scooter to take it to them! Customer-focused and friendly — I highly recommend them!

I recently dealt with Chris at the east bay location they had my scooter for almost 4 months and when I got it back it was missing g the front basket and the the recharge who brought my scooter to me removed my head light and now they say they know nothing about it I have since put a stop payment on the check and have reported them to the bbbso in the future pleases do not use this establishment.
