From the moment I walked through the door at Tallulah Railroad Square, I knew I was in for something special. As a first-time floater, I was a bit nervous about what to expect, but the staff immediately put me at ease with their warm welcome and thorough explanation of the entire process.

Poor Management and Unprofessional Atmosphere

I wanted to like this place, but after a few visits, it’s clear there’s a major issue with how the business is run. The store itself has potential, but the way the owners treat their employees creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s a noticeable tension, and it’s hard not to overhear frustrated staff dealing with mismanagement.

Employees seem overworked and underappreciated, and it shows in the service. When leadership doesn’t respect or support their team, it trickles down to the customer experience. It’s disappointing to see a business that could thrive be held back by poor management. Until things change, I won’t be coming back.

My wife and I did rhe float therapy today and it was great. We didn't really know what we were getting into but the representative Jaleigha put us at ease. There are two float rooms with a shower in each one. You take a shower before the service and you get in the float pod which is full of epsom salt so you really do float! You can do an hour or 90 minutes, we opted for the hour and were each taken to our rooms. There are towels and cloths and clean water to spray your eyes if you get a little salt in them. The pod itself can have dim lights or can be completely dark, it was so relaxing! Highly recommend.
