This was my first ever Publix’s I’ve visited, while vacationing from NYC. Friendly atmosphere, every department was neat and organized, items were stocked properly and easy to find. Definitely recommend this store and will be back whenever I’m Vacationing

A mix of traditional publix and renovated publix, parking seems tight even on a relatively not busy store. Seems to be possibly slightly under staffed. Long sub line. Smaller section of deli and produce than most other publix. Seems to have most dry goods available. Overall not the best publix, not the worst, but its not a prime publix.

Well, I think employees should do inventory or check balances at times when they are not busy. I waited like 10 or 15 minutes until they were ready to use the customer service area

Been going to this market for 7 years. Something has changed lately and the place is really poorly run. Today, it started with no shopping carts. The produce section looked bare (like a scene from a Russian market during the darkest days of the cold war). There were no onions, no zucchini, bare shelves, etc. They haven't had Fage no-fat yogurt for more than 2 weeks. No Schweppes tonic water for 2 weeks. Long checkout lines. The place is going downhill!

Update:

Just went back today and sadly things aren't much better. They have a new produce manager and the stock in the produce did improve! Unfortunately there remain many other problems. For example, in the frozen food isle the stocking was haphazard and the lighting was inoperative in half the cases. Hard to find items staring into dark, unlit freezers! There was only 1 checkout open at noon on a Monday. There were 2 express lanes open but that didn't help with the long line at the single checkout and employees were indifferent to helping/inviting waiting customers in the single long checkout line.

Honestly Publix, this place needs new management!!

Checkout is a disaster. Why can’t they have some self checkout aisles like the rest of America. Pretty horrible meat section. Very few options. Just a very very basic store. You’d think in Naples there would be something above average. This isn’t a very good store.

Literally the poorest managed grocery store in America.
