Absolutely compelled to share my recent experience at J.R. Dunn Jewelers. The Billboard they have just up the road from the showroom caught my attention, and I immediately felt compelled to stop in. Truth be told, I had been on a hunt for my first Rolex. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by Michelle Radich. I quickly got to the point for what it was I had been looking for and a true professional she was! Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and best of all... very confident without any pressure. She educated us on not only the watches available, but why purchasing from J.R Dunn who is an authorized Rolex dealer was an absolute no brainer... Even after payment, nothing was rushed. Taking the time to explain the watch and even touring us into the new showroom they have under renovation. She made this experience very special, and for that... Thank you so much. I randomly found JR Dunn while searching for watches online. I was connected with Steven via online chat through the website who answered all of my questions and texted pictures to my phone of the watches I was considering. I placed my order after a phone conversation with Steven who was very helpful and informative. My new Tudor was shipped out within the hour and was delivered the next day. The presentation of the watch blew me away! They wrapped up the watch box, tied a bow and even threw in a Tudor hat as an unexpected surprise.

Having had to have all of my wedding rings cut off at the ER after an accident, I was finally ready to start a new chapter.

Christina Grace at JR Dunn was referred to me by a friend. She was so sweet from the very beginning. We connected instantly and she celebrated my journey with all of her great designing skills.

This “cigar” band was custom designed using all of my diamonds. I love that the designer is Italian (i love all things Italian).

We absolutely love a visit to JR Dunn - and especially working with Denise.

Driving down federal one afternoon, we decided to pull in to the notorious JR Dunn as something to do… and during our browsing we found the exact Rolex I’d been after. Long story short, and after a few weeks of thinking, we purchased it and Denise helped us enormously along the way. Knowledgeable, friendly, supportive / not pushy, and always available by text with any questions, we will certainly work with Denise in future.

General manager James too is top notch. From experience, he and no doubt all those working at JR Dunn are only happy when we the customer is happy.
