I recently had multiple service issues addressed with my Pursuit at KMC and was thoroughly impressed by their brand familiarity (KMC used to be a Pursuit dealer), their product knowledge and mechanical know how, and the impeccable service. KMC performed a 900 hour service on my motors, bottom paint hull scuff and paint repair, trim tab repair, a couple macerators, and several other small items. The resulting product was well received and it was clear KMC went the extra mile to ensure that I had a great ownership experience. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured a that I will be a returning customer, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I had a lot of trouble getting my motor fixed, KMC took 4 tries. But they did stay with it and eventually we got it fixed. This was years ago, so maybe they are better now, I don't know. I found a new guy that I have been using the last few years. He maintains my neighbor's boat too. No problems. He specializes in Mercury motors, KMC does not. Look me up if you need his number.
