Just an opinion, Buyer Beware! I owned a beautiful home on Torrey Pines point located in the “Lely country club”. But sold it about a year ago. Why, you might ask? Well…. There was only one reason I sold the house, because of the “Lely country club association”.Sad but True 🤷🏻‍♂️
