I have ordered from LogoUp several times. I love the ability to order small quantities or one-off items. The website is simple to navigate. Be sure to FULLY review your order as certain upgrades for packaging, shipping, etc., are added in, and you need to "opt-out" if you do not wish to incur the extra expense.

The logo customization can be improved to display correctly all the logos I have previously setup for my account. I have 5-6 different colors setup before and it would be really helpful to choose from them, with the correct colors displayed.

I used 2 logos that were already setup, but the software charged me for one of them. I had to contact the company to make sure I did not have to pay the setup fee again, which they corrected. Thank you for that.

I have used them in the past and they were great. Unfortunately, they are impossible to do business with now. I ordered three shirts as a test run before ordering for the entire company. The first 3 came in and they did not match the proof we approved. I've spent over a week now trying to get this corrected with ANYBODY at the company and they will not respond more than 1 time a day in their portal. YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A REAL PERSON!! All I want to do is get the logo corrected, place another test run order, and then order shirts for our entire company. Unfortunately, nobody will call me back or talk to me on the phone so that we can get the logo corrected. It's really a shame...I have spoken highly about logoup for years and now the experience couldn't be further from that.
