Amazing resort style hotel! Pool very warm with swim boards/toys to use. Spacious 1 bedroom queen room with kitchen was plenty of space for our family. Above average breakfast for an IHG hotel. Good size fitness center. Close to most any store you could want. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have stayed at many IHG hotels around the world, and this specific hotel has proven to be an outstanding experience for my with and I. This long stay hotel has so many useful amenities. Staring with a large and comfortable room with includes a full kitchen. We were able to truly make ourselves at home. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool which is surrounding by a lounge chairs, umbrella tables, a tiki bar, fire pit and bbq area. Every morning we had a freshly cooked hot breakfast and Monday - Wednesday at hot cooked dinner. The kitchen staff, Angena and Lorianna prepare the entrees and greet the guests with a friendly smile. This hotel offers a gym, self serve laundry and a business center. All very convenient for long or short stays. The entire property is kept clean and efficient. The location is perfect for both tourist and business. I would like to give a shout out to the wonderful staff members who made us feel at home every day. Thank you to Alyssa, Kenji, Lucian, Phil, Scott, Mike, Widdline and Amir. Highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning soon.

My flight got cancelled due to weather issues, so I had to find a new place to stay for 3 more nights than I had intended to, with my small dog in tow. So my criteria was to find a dog-friendly hotel- not all that easy! Found the Staybridge Suites through an online search and wasn't sure what to expect. It was wonderful! Spotlessly clean and modern. Great pool area with tiki bar and firepit, and a complimentary breakfast second to none. Much more than coffee and danish! Layout of the breakfast area and pool was very family friendly, as well as creating a social environment for adults in the evening. I have already recommended it to my friends with kids and grandkids when they visit.

I stayed 102 days and I must say that the staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The comp breakfast the dinners mon-wed great perk and the social club aspect with the bar by the pool is a great touch. The rooms and facility was always clean. Convenient shopping across street. Walk around the lake, just everything about the hotel was a good experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and an abundance of amenities.

Front desk attendant, Alyssa, welcomed us with a friendly and professional greeting. Hotel management, led by Amir, found us a comfortable room overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. The room was spacious including a full kitchen. In the evening we enjoyed a wonderful reception hour meal prepared by Lariana. We had a cocktail at the pool side tiki bar and were entertained by bartender Scott. There is a cool fire pit to sit around and a bbq area to enjoy. The evening front desk attendant, Kenji, was very helpful and informative of Naples and Marco Island attractions and local restaurant which are within walking distance. After a workout in the onsite gym, we enjoyed the morning breakfast which offered many selections and prepared by the smiling Angena. We enjoyed conversations with Phil, who was constantly looking after all the maintenance of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

Attempted to check in 2 1/2 hours early. Understanding that granting such a request would be a courtesy. Manager on duty told us that no room was ready and we'd wait between 15 minutes and an hour. We waited right in sight of front desk for 2 1/2 hours without any communication from anyone. I spoke with manager and told him we had to leave for an appointment, and that I had never been treated like that before and that I was disappointed in Marriott. Simple courtesy dictates that if you say a room would be made available in 15 min to 1 hour in duration, and for some unforeseen reason it isn't, that one would update the guest at least once before 2 1/2 hours pass. It isn't as if he were attending to hotel business. There were other staff available and dealing with whatever light duties there were during such a quiet time. He appeared to be simply socializing. I never even heard him call housekeeping to check status on our room. The manager then couldn't understand that we didn't have time to register after waiting 2 1/2 hours, because we had an engagement which could not be rescheduled, and which we would not be late to attend. He totally missed the point. We weren't upset about being denied early check-in, but rather his rude and indifferent attitude toward communicating with his guests. As stated earlier we were in his line of sight. I guess guests aren't worthy of simple courtesy. After all of that we were awakened by the fire alarm and had to dress to find out what had occurred. The next morning when asked what had caused the alarm to go off, the clerk stated that it was nothing to worry about. Strange attitude. In fairness, the manager did give us a slight discount on our stay, but I was glad we only had to stay the 1 day. We were treated so much better by Holiday Inn Express.

Great place to stay. Located in between Naples and Marco you get the best of both worlds. Having a small kitchen in the room really helped with keeping food prices down. Rooms were also spacious enough that you can spread out a little. Overall great experience would definitely come back.

A nice hotel, slightly corporate feel but clean and comfortable and for a 1-2 night stay it is fine. For me it was just an overnight stop after a trip to the Keys and on the way up to Orlando.||The room was nice and whilst we didn’t get to use the pool it looked decent and they have drinks/snacks by the pool each evening.||It is slightly out of town and due to traffic it took 35 minutes to get into town by car so just be aware it isn’t in the city centre.
