I rarely write a review, especially if I have not purchased anything - however this little boutique is exceptional. The exception is because of the staff - they are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The woman who greeted me was attentive, but not aggressive. I will shop there again. A sweet little shop - go there!

I was the first person into the store with a bag to return an item. I told the woman what I was there for and handed her the bag which she put behind the counter. I tried several things on and decided to just take my item back and keep it. Before handing me the bag back, she dug around to look for the receipt to make sure that it was the correct item. What difference it would make to her is beyond me. I don’t know what sort of magician she thought I was to steal clothes when she had possession of my bag the entire time. She said it was out of “an abundance of caution.”
Frankly, I was offended. She had possession of my bag the whole time I was there.

Love all your merchandise though it can be a little “stuffed.” Gals are very helpful. Wish you had a different return policy. I don’t need to return much but 7 days is a short time.

Discovered this store while visiting my sister-in-law in FL. We both purchased several items at the time. Customer service was great. I wanted to get more Lulu B shorts recently but could not remember the name of the boutique. Through some online searching I found it and just received two more pairs of shorts. Easy to order and received the shipment quickly. Thank you!

I love this boutique! I consistently shop here for myself but I needed a few things for my mother-in-law before a trip. Lorraine was so helpful in assisting me. THE best customer service on the planet. I accidentally paid for a dress twice. Michelle immediately refunded the second purchase. Then, I overthought and asked for the correct purchase to be canceled. Michelle (absolutely lovely, BTW) CALLED me right in the middle of having breakfast with her toddler and straightened it out so I wouldn’t worry. Amazing. Shop here!
