I stayed here for 2 nights recently and it was a decent experience. The room was nice. Good size, lighting, amenities, etc. The mattress was good. Nothing great like a pillow-top or foam mattress, but comfortable enough. The bathroom was fine too except for a couple of issues. The shower was not cleaned well before my visit. There were visible hairs on the little shelf. Not terrible but not great to see either. However, the real issue was the water pressure in the shower. It was so bad we had to laugh at it. Think of a normal shower and then half that pressure and you'd have an idea what it was like. Taking a shower was now a much longer experience because you really have to wait a while to rinse off soap/shampoo. The staff was nice and they were able to accommodate my late checkout request. One small problem was the wake up call I asked for one night, never arrived the next morning. No biggie. The price is reasonable considering it's "in-season" right now and nothing is cheap.

Excellent service from the front desk. Clean rooms and good drinks from the bar, especially the Cherry Old Fashioned and Espresso Martinis. Close to beaches, restaurants, Publix, and Starbucks. A bunch of lacrosse moms and our daughters stayed 3 nights and it was perfect.

We absolutely love this location, staff, house keeping staff. Wonderful breakfast option. Naples is great and a nice pool. Highly recommend this hotel. Pool is clean and staff so friendly. Make sure to get breakfast at least once. We love this place

If I consider receptionist, cleaning staffs, etc. they are deserved to get 5 stars. However, the hotel restaurant staff(happened 12/14/2024 dinner) put $7 tip on his own for my to go food(Found this through credit card statement today) which is very very upsetting. Hope this staff member should not do this thing to anyone else.

This hotel is pretty nice. Beds are comfortable. The AC is very cold. Bathroom is nice- with a large shower. Nice downstairs area to watch tv and hang out. Staff has been mostly helpful and friendly. Close to what we need it to be close to. Would recommend to others.

We booked two nights at this hotel because it looked nicer/renovated on the online photos.

The price was fairly high, at average of over $320 per night including taxes.

When we arrived, it turned out our room type was over sold, so we had to wait some time for them to figure it out.

I asked them for a late check out, but they just said to ask them tomorrow. Ok.

When I came the next day, they were not so helpful and just said they cannot provide the late checkout.

I was also surprised that at that rate, we did not have breakfast included.

I got twice a latte coffee which was so bad, although they have "Starbucks" sold here... Which at least put an expectation for Starbucks standard (not to say that it is high).

Last, the room was not cleaned, organized during our stay and towels were not replaced.

All in all, I would not recommend this hotel and will not book it again.

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary last week. The rooms were great, clean and modern. The pool area was spotless- we enjoyed swimming all three days we were there. The absolute best part not just of our stay at the hotel, but of our entire trip, was the service we had from Shaun at the bistro. We spent at least two hours each night down at the bar with Shaun. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and attentive. He has great drink knowledge and I enjoyed the food he prepared. We tried to change our flight just so we could hang out with Shaun one more night! He is an absolute treasure! Stop by the bistro from 5-10. You won’t regret it.

The rooms were clean, the service professional and friendly. I was impressed with how clean the pool and hot tub were, so grateful. They have a Starbucks and a full bar. It accommodates everyone and is family friendly. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
