115$ “fob fee” non refundable…. For what exactly? A pool that closes by dusk (5pm), “amenities” like a tennis ball court, Laundry you pay 5$ for, no paper towels no napkins, front desk that says sorry that’s just how it is… please do better this is rediculous for a 115$ fob fee I should have complimentary breakfast and a Laundry machine that doesn’t charge 5$… people pay for this and they’re ok with it Room likes nice but a doorknob is falling off and the stove could’ve killed us in the middle of the night … sorry not sorry

Our unit was very dated. Furnishings were in disrepair. Window blinds were falling down. The pool was the only good thing.

Beautiful location yet no wifi, booked for 6 and only got 2 beds, reception were useless, defeintly wouldn’t reccomend to anyone visiting

Hot tub has been out of commission for years and took away the coffee in the lobby. I'd recommend going elsewhere for this price point.

Our stay was perfect for our family! The newly renovated lanai made for a modern clean and pleasant stay. The facilities seemed clean and up to date and the location was near everything we needed as a family. The restaurant was excellent food and you could order poolside which was a nice convenience. I highly recommend this place! It was excellent!

We come every year and always enjoy our stay. The grounds are beautiful. There are pathways through lush gardens and over bridges to enjoy nature and get exercise. The pool is large and warm with water fall and stream bubbling around it. There are plenty of lounge chairs and both sunny and shady areas. There is a hot tub but it's been out of commission since at least 2019. I don't know if they are planning on fixing it. There's a picnic area with very nice gas grills for guests' use. There's also a restaurant with good food and atmosphere. We never have an issue finding a parking spot. The condos are well laid out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. The best part of the condos are the screened in porches!

This hotel is in a good location. The pool was clean and heated with plenty of seating. The grounds were well-kept and clean. The reason we wouldn't go back is not that they are renovating and it is loud, it is the fact that our toilet seat was broken, the dryer barely worked, the television couldn't connect to wifi, the lanai area was dusty from the construction so you couldn't sit out and our couch had a hole in it but the kicker was the $100 resort fee on top of the high prices for a run-down motel. We stayed in room 155.

Nice apartments close to beach and Naples 5th street. Beach is 25 min by foot. Apartment is clean spacious and an really large balcony. Many are privately owned. Very nice pool in de middle of it all. Supermarket close by, 5 minute walk. Also some restaurants. Renovation are almost done. We had no inconvenience off it. Will return if we are staying in the area.
