We had a really good stay at this hotel in the end of July!
The staff is very friendly and I can really recommend trying the breakfast! It was delicious! The interior of the hotel and the rooms are not the most modern design, but you have everything you need. The wardrobe in the room is really handy for storing luggage and clothes and the TV is really big which is nice! In the lobby you can fill your water bottles with fresh water and also infused water, which is great! There were also cookies at the reception in the afternoon which was nice. I also really enjoyed the pool. If you are considering staying here, you should have a car as this hotel is not in the centre of Naples!
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

We stayed for 1 night as we were passing through. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. She even chased down the luggage trolleys for us. The hotel itself was decent. The room was clean, but for a room that holds 5 or 6 and was reserved for 4, it did not have enough supplies. 3 washcloths, 3 bath towels, and 3 hand towels. Seems like an odd ratio. The pull-out bed did not have a sheet. Again, the lady at the desk was great with getting everything for us but just disappointing that it wasn't well stocked to begin with. The door to the outside was not locked, meaning anyone could just walk in. Thankfully it was a safe location because that is not okay. The breakfast left much to be desired, with no healthy options. There was no fresh whole fruit, for example, which our family with allergies always looks forward to. Plenty of options for those with no allergies and who want sugary, processed foods for breakfast. It was also very disappointing that the pool closes at 8pm. I've never stayed at a hotel with such an early pool closing, and my kiddo was really disappointed. For the price, we'll choose somewhere else next time.

Not happy with this hotel. We were 5 people staying in two rooms. One room that we walked into smelled like urine. It just blasted you in the face as you walk in. It was gross. We moved into a different room and the AC was super loud. Other room also had an extremely loud AC unit. Whole family had difficulty sleeping as a result.

Definitely would not stay here again.

Positive: Everyone spoke English.... Housekeepers, front desk, lobby, breakfast.... EVERYONE SPOKE ENGLISH!!! Made for a great stay. All staff helpful and cheerful. Nice room, great breakfast. Negative: Soccer tournament close by and lots of kids in hotel breakfast Sunday. The parents of these kids need to teach their children that the dining room is not a jungle gym or sport venue. Kids running through tables, kids with no manners. PARENTS FAULT 100%

Good stay, checkin was good, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. The A/C was placarded with don’t set below 69 Degrees, or it may fail to work. Plenty of parking and easy to find from Naples airport. Other than the A/C deal, it was a good stay.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites 1 night & checked in at 3 pm. When we went to our room there was a maintenance man working on the A/C. He immediately left & there was a weird Industrial smell in the room. We left our room for a couple hours & turned on the A/C when we returned. The Industrial smell got worse so I went to talk to maintenance man. He said the smell in the room was from cleaning the A/C coil on the A/C unit. 7 hours later the smell in the room was still strong so I went & talked to the girl at the front desk & asked if it's typical to clean an A/C coil before customer check in, she said I don't know. The hotel was full from a kids soccer tournament so we couldn't get another room. The only other room available had the same smell as ours but stronger. There was also an air purifier in the room that I turned on & it only made the room smell worse. In the morning the smell in the room was still strong. I find this extremely unhealthy & unprofessional for customers to get a room in this condition. Further training is needed at this property going forward. We will definitely never go back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Naples.

If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained, cost effective hotel in the Naples area this is a great choice. ||The hotel is older but the room was clean and everything functioned as it should. The included breakfast was robust and tasty. ||If you are looking for a beach hotel, this isn’t it, but there is plenty of shopping and food area. ||We would stay here again if the need arose.
