Absolutely loved my stay at AC Hotels 5th Ave Naples. From the moment I arrived, the front desk made me feel welcomed. Catherine stood out and became the heart of the experience when I dealt with the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate every need and paid attention to every detail.

The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and beautiful views. The poolside area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Naples.

The hotel is inviting, rooms are spacious and clean. The Limon Bar drinks and food are delicious and the rooftop pool has an excellent view!||My first night I "shared" a door with a neighbor screaming in his sleep every 15 minutes starting at 330am. The next morning I asked to be transferred to a new room. Both ladies at the front desk I spoke to, Michele and Kiera, were so friendly, understanding and accommodating. I spent my entire day in work meetings, but they ensured I had a new room to stay in my second night so I could get a full nights rest. Very appreciative of their time and effort to ensure I had a restful second night stay at the AC Hotel in Naples! Thank You!

Perfectly located on 5th street. Close access to all the shops, restaurants and night life . The rooms were nice and modern and the staff were friendly. I loved the hotel and it’s location. Totally walkable to the stores and to the beach. They definitely use a lot of air freshener and fragrance so if you are sensitive be mindful but otherwise the rooftop restaurant and pool were great as well.

Unfriendly staff. Both me and my wife are gold elite members and this hotel does absolutely nothing for their members. This is the first time I experience this with Marriott. Normally for the status, they would add breakfast to the reservation at no extra charge however, they said they would not do that. When I asked if I could pay for it, they still refused saying it had to be done earlier. Pretty much for anything we would ask the answer was no. The staff was rude and not interested in being helpful at all. Will not be back.

We just checked into our hotel this afternoon and were told they “oversold” the king rooms (moved us to 2 queens). I wasn’t aware hotels operated like the airlines, as this is truly the first time we’ve experienced this! Marriott may want to go back to “king and/or 2 queens” when making reservations rather than allowing you to book a specific room type if they can’t honor the selection.

Queue the obligatory hotel response, written by AI, that will thank me for the review and tell me how sorry they are for the bad experience and truly hope I will return and give them another chance!||||While a nice hotel property and in decent shape, this property will fleece with unnecessary and unadvertised fees. The one that is most glaring is the $20 parking fee. In a lot that isn't marked as being for the hotel nor has any other special features. In fact, if you tell them that you didn't park in hotel space, they will still charge you!||||And it's another hotel that completely devalues Bonvoy loyalty. If you are entitled to a free breakfast, this hotel takes advantage of the Marriott loophole and will not honor that. Instead you get $10/pp for breakfast. Except, all breakfast items will cost you over $10 and the buffet is $22/pp! Marriott continues to let hotels get away with this nonsense and does nothing to help support it's loyal members. Hyatt hotels in contrast do a much better job at trying to ensure standards are maintained. These chains seem to all have forgotten what loyalty actually is and how to maintain it.||||This hotel is a NOGO!

The property is fabulous. And the rooms are spacious and with a lot of light. ||I traveled for a wedding and the lobby was a great place to meet family for pictures.||My husband and I only interacted with the Front Desk staff and they were OK. They could be more welcoming and personable, like other Marriott properties.||Our favorite place was the pool. We appreciated that we could jump in the pool at night coming back from the wedding. ||The pool and bar/restaurant offer a fabulous rooftop.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located to downtown Naples and easy drive to the beach. The only bummer was being charged for nightly parking when it had a decently large parking lot. I understand being charged in downtown hotels when it's valet or a small lot, but this was neither.
