Avoid at all cost!! Checked out with invoice saying "Free Shipping", but then got an email saying they had an error on the website and needed to charge me shipping. Even with free shipping advertised on their website and listed on my invoice, they cancelled my order before ever telling me what shipping would be. Save your time and look elsewhere. It's blatant False advertising.

They also make it seem like they have stock, but really it was a 12 week lead time from the manufacturer and they chose not to mention that until after order was placed. So even if they do sell you something, get ready to be patient.

Fantastic customer service!! I placed an order and a small but essential part was missing upon delivery but I didn't notice it for several weeks. Industrial Ladder contacted the manufacture (who I contacted initially myself and received horrible customer service) and took care of getting my part ordered and shipped directly to me.
