Fords garage is one of the most disappointing places ever. The past 3 times I've gone the service was terrible.

It was my birthday month so I wanted to give it a try once again. Went mid-day so it wasn't busy. Sat at the bar and there were only 4 other people at the bar. The bartender never once mad any attempt to say hi, I'll be with you in a minute or anything like that.. sat there for 4 to 5 mins waiting and just walked out. I'll probably never come back... thanks alot shitty bartender and management for the birthday disappointment 😞

After my 1st review I was contacted by the GM. He assured me that the issues I experienced were not the norm and asked that I give them another shot. I did and OMG was I ever so thankful that I did. It was everything I'd heard about and better. From service to pace to food.. it was phenomenal. Thank you Mr Weeks for listening and following up with your customers. You taking the time was honestly what made me decide to go back. You turned a bad experience into a positive one with me. I look forward to trying many of the menu items that Ford's has to offer.

Very nice high-end stores. If you go to Ford's Garage diner make sure you check in I'm still waiting for them to call me for my lunch setting. That was 4 weeks ago. But according to miss snooty at the hostess stand I'm next on the list.

Great place to have a day out with the family. Plenty of fun stores to shop at and good choices for grabbing a bite to eat. Parking is good and the parking lot is well maintained.

You'd think this being such a nice area this area, there would be adequate security measures. However, it is unfortunate to note the prevalence of numerous homeless individuals operating an open drug market in close proximity to the Target store. The parking lots are littered with discarded needles, and aggressive panhandling is rampant. Moreover, people are camping right on the outskirts of the property. It is my sincere hope that the relevant authorities and stakeholders will promptly devise a solution to address these continuing issues.
