Best smoked sausage in all of Florida! Great little country store that dates back 97 years (you know they must be doing it right)! Been frequenting Bradleys since the early 1970s as a young child with my family! It was always a nice trip way out in the country to get a Nehi, old fashioned candy, a sausage dog and some country rind on bacon for a Sunday morning breakfast. In a world where everything changes, Bradleys has never changed and that’s comforting. I grew up in Tallahassee from Kate Sullivan, to Cobb, to Lincoln (go Trojans) to TCC, then FSU. Now I live on the Atlantic coast and I don’t like coming home because nothing is familiar. Bradleys is comforting because it is as I remember visually and taste wise. Of course I had to get some preserves and coarse ground grits! Very lucky to have such an amazing country store with old Florida charm. A trip to Capital City is not complete without a trip to Bradleys!! Shop Local, Eat Local! Florida Man Approved!

Went there to try the sausage dog. Got a spicy one and it was so good went back and bought a pound of the smoked sausage. Very nice old country store. They had all kinds of jams and jellies plus alot of sauces. It's not a big place and we went a couple of days after Christmas and it was packed inside.

Located 30 minutes (16 miles) Northeast of downtown Tallahassee is Bradley’s Country Store. Authentic and nostalgic, and home of the best locally-made sausages with a distinctive flavor and texture. Available by the pound as fresh or smoked, hot or mild, or ready-to-eat sausage dogs served in a bun in 6-inch or footlong sizes. Pork chop sandwiches are also available. Additional fresh by-the-pound meat options are pork loin, pork chops, bacon, and other pork parts. Jellies, jams, grits, pancake mixes, milk, farm-fresh eggs (sometimes), wide variety of sodas (root beer, orange, cherry, peach, cream soda), and a long wall of sweets and candies. Get you a sausage dog and a root beer for lunch and eat it on the porch in a rocking chair (with built-in drink holder). Locals enjoy the sausages grilled at the tailgate party in the stadium parking lot before the Florida State University Seminoles football games.

Great visit to a uniquely satisfying family business. Step back in time and enjoy memories of childhood life.
The smoked meats are to die for. Must try is the sausage dog while sitting in the rocker on the porch. We also brought home some of the huge smoked Pork Chops. Wow !!!
Absolutely the best I've ever eaten.
For visitors from out of town it might seem a bit far out of town but it is a beautiful drive and we'll worth the trip.

Store definitely gives you that back in day vibe. Has the old country like smell to it. I've always heard about their homemade sausage they have here. We stopped here for some of their sausage. They offer the sausage cooked or raw. I was pretty anxious to try one of these homemade sausages however I wasn't necessarily a fan. It kinda tasted like they had been boiled and all the flavor was boiled out.🙃 🙂 We did buy some to take home and will probably try them in the air fryer or on the grill. The sausage comes in mild medium and hot. They also have other smoke meats that you can purchase as well.. Along with a slew of other items.

I went when they had their annual craft event in November. Lots of amazing vendors and treasures.
The store itself had a fresh meat counter. I purchased the biggest smoked pork chops that I had ever seen. By the way, I've been to all 50 states, so that's saying a lot. They were tasty. I plan to go back for lunch during the week sometime soon. They make fresh pork chop sandwiches.
Lots of jellies and fresh jarred items to choose from. It's a cool step back in time experience .

Went early Saturday morning thinking I'd be the early bird and be in and out with my sausage for Christmas morning. Forgeta bout it!

I was like 20th in line at 8:50am and by the time I got to the counter to order there were like 25 people waiting behind me and still driving in.

Great for Bradley's! Capitalism and small business at it's best. Great sausage, atmosphere and people. I just wish the store was a little larger and maybe had a baked goods section with pies and cakes and such. Anyway, like Jones in Climax Bradley's kicks butt. Enjoy Bradley's breakfast link!

Nestled in a rural area just a short drive during the park hammock away from Tallahassee sits the coolest historic store you will find in the entire state of Florida. Talk about a walk back into an earlier time, oh how I would have loved to have been alive during this era.
Bradley’s will bring that nostalgic feeling into your soul as you enter the store and explore all the goodies.
They have fresh meats, candies, canned products, Soaps and so much more.
Sit upon the tractor seats and enjoy lunch and just reminisce back into time.
This place does not disappoint.
